Please BEWARE! took a month or 2 for him to start job, stamping looked good (he even displays unfinished job on his FB page with no permission and despite lawyer hired), but took almost a year to get him to come back to clean up area, and NEVER completed job despite constant calls, hiring a lawyer who contacted him often to complete or at least return a portion of $ to have another workman complete. he never measured for railing for patio and stairs to be reinstalled by him - never left holes that he claimed he would to allow him to return rails...then tried to blame a "friend"?!?!?! INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL we are out almost $6000 and still have $2000 worth of work incomplete that he was paid for. he will not negotiate with attorney. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! we like to believe in people, DON"T DO THAT HERE!

We were originally pleased with our experience with Architectural Concrete. Recently we had Bob re-seal our stamped concrete. Unfortunately, this has been a VERY, VERY, VERY disappointing and frustrating experience. The re-sealing process left our stamped concrete very discolored, showing bubbles and having patches of what appears to be cracking or brittle sealer. While this was bad enough, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get Bob to return calls, texts or visit our home to determine what has created the issues we are seeing. The re-sealing was completed late last year. It is now July with no action or resolution in over six months. Their website says “We are dedicated to serving our customer’s needs, and our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We strive to bring you the best in quality service. If something isn’t right, please let us know.” Based on my experience, this is completely false and the company cannot be trusted to support their customers. Bob - I’m still waiting for you to contact me about how to resolve the issue with my stamped concrete. Please respond to me. Sam
