Borgert Products

I have used Borgert products for over 25 years. they were my preferred paver. Last year was the first time I had every customer I installed Borgert pavers comment, complain or not pay because how bad the efforescence was. The one was the worst I have seen. The area Borgert rep said they would help on a future project but won't give replacement pavers.(less than 200sq') The Borgert rep won't have his boss call or give me his boss's name. The company will not respond back to any phone calls or emails. We had more cracked steps last year than all the rest of the years combined. Crazy How bad the customer service has become the first time in 25 years plus that I have run into a issue with quality of the product. I would much rather talk to Borgert about these issues but Borgert won't respond
