“We used Simchock Stone Masonry for three distinct projects at our home and could not be more thrilled. First, Bob is a real artist with stone. Everything he does looks natural and beautiful, but is also incredibly sound and functional. He built two large stone retaining walls for us (one to form a patio and a second for a landscaped area) on our very steep hillside. It turned a part of our yard that was fairly unusable and definitely not beautiful into a lovely area that we enjoy year round. When we were building an addition on our home, Bob came back and added stone stairs and then filled in a culvert in our yard. The stone steps are the perfect complement to our very modern structure, and the stone culvert, while mostly a functional drainage area on our sloped yard, is also now a lovely rock feature that frames the front of our yard. In addition to his craft, Bob is also just one of the nicest people you will ever hire to work on your home. He and John and everyone else that he hires are delightful to have around, are fast and efficient workers, and leave everything clean and tidy when they finish up. I can't say enough great things about Simchock Stone.”

“Adam Harvell was recommended by my neighbor to design and build stone enclosures around three areas in my front yard: my mailbox, a corner garden, and beneath a tree. Adam responded promptly to my request, came out quickly to provide an estimate, came on time when scheduled, and created three beautiful enclosures. He was detail oriented enough to move irrigation outlets that I had forgotten were in these areas. He also conditioned the soil, planted annuals, and mulched. He also suggested ways to keep the weeds out. He and his associates also cleaned up after themselves. Adam returned later to be sure the job looked right and was holding up. His pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely have him back to do more extensive work on my landscaping/garden enclosure needs.”
