“I am very happy with the new patio. We contacted a few other contractors to compare prices and Josh's price was significantly lower than another bid. The rest of the people we contacted never even called back. That was never an issue with Josh - he replied to every email and text almost immediately and kept us updated every step of the way and answered all questions and was professional at all times. The project was finished on time. He even used some extra material to build a small retaining wall at no extra cost - a good example of his stellar customer service!
