“I interviewed four concrete companies including Rockin L when I was ready to grade our old gravel driveway and start a complex medium-sized addition and remodel project on a hilly building site. They did such a good job on the first part of the project that we have had them back twice since for additional phases. Both my husband and I are in construction management related jobs with engineering backgrounds. We are well versed in how construction projects should be done and i can truthfully say that they have exceeded our expectations on every part of our project and at a very reasonable price. Their Scope of Work has included installation of underground drainage pipes for all of our driveway, parking pad and roof runoff, installation of a 40x40 parking pad that slopes to a center drain with a metal grate, which they fabricated, installation of knee walls, piers, concrete swales, a 14 x 10 underground storm shelter/sub basement with interior and exterior sump pits, and extensive grading. They also recommended a mason that we used to build 200+ linear feet of chopped stone retaining wall and a wild stone waterfall feature. Exceptional contractors in every respect.”

Deliveries can be backed up due to volume but most importantly they are on time.
