“I had a warehouse project that got bogged down because of a bad contractor. The parking lot was being done with pavers so I contacted Interlocking Design LLC for a bid. Nick went back and forth with me for a couple weeks to make sure all the details were correct and we were both on the same page. The other two companies that bid on the parking lot barely put any effort into it. I looked into the background of the business... no complaints for over ten years. That's quite a record. The choice was easy. The estimated time to complete everything was 2-3 weeks and the contract was broken down into phases. Once the deposit was made, everything kicked into motion and the project started on the day he said it would start. About 2.5 weeks later, it was done! Yes, I’m happy with the results but the way that business was conducted was the most impressive thing to me. Nick kept his word multiple times and even threw in some extra work I needed done. If another project ever comes up, Nick will be getting first opportunity to bid on it. I prefer to get it done right the first time. Top notch workmanship and professionalism!!”
