“When we moved into our first house (built in the 1920s) we found many things that needed updating as well as remediating. The most pressing of which was a split floor joist in the basement beneath the main supporting wall in the house. The only person that would fix the beam properly was Phil. He recommended an engineer come in just to make sure we covered our bases and then drew up a plan for 3 steal beams in the basement ceiling and 2 support beams from floor to ceiling. There are now soft spots, no bouncing floors, and the rooms are level again. We can sleep easy now knowing that the house is structurally sound thanks to Phil!”
