“From my initial discussions with Jerry Meiklejohn and the staff at McCarthy Stones regarding my backyard hardscaping project, through every step of the process until it was completed, I could not have been more pleased. McCarthy Stones stands head and shoulders above other landscaping services I have dealt with over my past 40 years as a homeowner. Not only was their estimate quite competitive, their onsite stone selection was extensive, and the sketches of the project were promptly delivered. During the entire installation process, which included three boulders, one of which was massive, Jerry carefully engineered the process, and was open to all modifications I requested until the final design of the informal flagstone path I had envisioned was achieved. Throughout the installation process, Jerry and his staff were unfailingly courteous and professional. “The crew from Maryland Curbscape was clearly experienced and professional when creating a stamped concrete patio under our 2nd floor Sunroom and stairs to the backyard. Paul came with his crew to ensure that the contour of the patio was consistent with our agreement. The men quickly built the structure required to contain the cement to be poured the next day. The efficiency of the team during the actual cement pouring and stamping process was fascinating to watch; and the end product is just what we had wanted. They maneuvered around 17 posts and under stairs creating an unbroken pattern that extends over 35 feet. I will recommend Maryland Curbscape to anyone.”
