Jeramie and his crew put in a new flagstone surface in our backyard, and replace and enlarged our front brick pathway. The prior flagstone in the back was just set on dirt, so it was sinking into the ground, and the grout between the stones was breaking up. The new one has a nice concrete base that the stones are set onto. Nice not having to worry about missteps from an uneven surface. Our front brick path was barely 1 foot wide, and also was just set into the dirt, so it was below the level of the driveway. Jeramie's guys widened the path by taking out some rosemary and moving a sprinkler riser. The new path is beautiful, and level with the driveway now. Workers showed up before I was up, and waited till the sun came up to start working. When the job was done, everything was cleaned up as well. I can't recommend Concrete Etc. enough!

Hats off to Jeramie and his crew. It was a pleasure dealing with a truly professional business and it shows through their work. Their pricing was more than fair and their end product is amazing. Jeramie was always available to help guide me through my design ideas on what was realistic and what would look best. Too many other companies would rush through the job and leave the mess up to me to fix but not here. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking to do any concrete work. Our home has never looked more amazing.

Amazing work! Jeramie and his crew did an excellent job bringing our idea into reality. They helped us create a beautiful walkway that wraps around the entire front of our house which we get so many compliments. Their work is clean and very good quality. I would recommend Concrete Etc. in a heart beat.

Professional, on time, and paid great attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the job Concrete Etc. completed in our backyard. We called several other contractors, however Jeramie was the first to call us back and give us a bid. We shopped around for a better deal and realized his price was competitive. The job began and finished on the dates we agreed to. The crew was professional and organized. Even our pool contractor, Rock Bottom Inc. was impressed with our finished concrete. We would highly recommend them.

Jeramie (the owner) & Jose (the job foreman) are absolutely now & forever on my list of favorite subcontractors. If only every worker who came to my house were so fabulous my life would be so much better... I hired Jeramie because I was super impressed by the artistry of his work for Judy Kameon, the celebrity garden designer, at a number of her sites. I don't see a lot of concrete walls that I would call beautiful, but as it turns out, a lot of the walls around Los Angeles that are Pinterest-worthy, are actually his work! In addition to building a 5 foot retaining wall at the back of my property that would keep the hillside behind my house from falling down on me, Jeramie also rebuilt the damaged front porch of my 100 year old bungalow to period-specific perfection. These two jobs sound simple, but the engineering required for my hillside property, was crazy-making. With concrete work, there's no easy or cheap fix if you screw up. You pretty much have to scrap everything & start over from scratch if a city inspector doesn't like the work. When it comes to the human labor element of concrete work you really do get what you pay for. No, Jeramie is not cheap. However, his expertise saved me--at minimum--$5000 because I did not have to get a soil report or testing for my job. Also, I did not have to install a hideous $3000 swale across my backyard to divert water to the street because of his superior knowledge of LA's new Green Building Codes. Jeramie is worth paying for.
