While trying to find a good company for our next home improvement project Chris called us back right away and offered to complete our project for a very reasonable price. I also checked his reviews (unfortunately only one at that time) but he gave us the impression that he will do a good job as there was nothing too complicated. On a daily basis he kept showing up completely unprepared (our project included materials that he was supposed to provide). Our 2-3 day project took forever and we rarely saw Chris working. Most of the time he was gone. When he was on site - he would spend time smoking. After multiple attempts to complete the job the way we initially discussed we had to cancel the remainder of tasks and look for someone else.

I was looking to repair the stucco on my house South of Denver. The house had multiple cracks probably from the humidity in the area since there is a lake close to us. I contacted a few contractors and they all suggested that I redo the stucco on the whole house. Obviously the estimates were very high. I was hoping to find someone who could repair just the cracks and match it with the existing color. On my next attempt to call a contractor, I finally met Chris and he said that he will at least try to do some of the cracks. And if they turn out nicely, he will do the rest. After he did a few cracks and I could hardly see any difference between the old and new stucco, I told him to go ahead and do the cracks around the whole house. I liked that he was detailed in his work and did not rush to do the job and get paid as soon as possible. I ended up paying about 25% of what I would've paid if I had to redo the stucco on the house. It was a win-win situation for me, good work and low price.

I contacted Chris for brick repair, after cancelled appointments and no responses from others. He delivered his estimate within a day of my contact. He came to do the work as soon as it stopped raining (today). I had cracks in two corners of the house and loose bricks under a sliding glass door. He replaced the cracked and loose bricks and left everything looking pristine. He also found bricks to replace the damaged bricks. His price was very reasonable. The best part is I didn't have to do it.
