Creative Concrete and Masonry

Creative Concrete has now done two projects for me and when it comes to quality, they are as professional as they come. They had great ideas that both saved money and gave me a better look than the original design.

CCM has done numerous multifamily projects for me ranging from $400K to over $1M. They have done outstanding work with exceptional quality. Fred Yerger and his crews have, above all, been one of the few subs that I can count on for solutions whenever the inevitable problems arise. In addition to multifamily, CCM has also been my go to contractor for all levels of commercial and residential work.

Creative Concrete is the absolute best. Fred and his team have done things for me that other concrete companies shied away from. They even went out of their way to pour 6 yards of white concrete for me. They've done retaining walls, screen walls, footers, foundations, and flatwork for me. Fred has always done exactly what he committed to and has more integrity than anyone I know.

I have worked with Fred and his amazing team on projects as small as a patio addition to large custom homes and commercial work. They are professional and their attention to detail is something not always found in this line of work. They run a clean, safe job site, and when the job is complete the only thing they leave behind is their top notch product. I highly recommend Creative Concrete & Masonry.

If you are having difficulty finding a concrete/masonry contractor because you just "kinda feel like you can't trust any of them," then fear no more. I have used Creative Concrete for not only my own small projects, but have used them for very, very difficult remodeling work in both the Phoenix area but Prescott as well. Fred understands it is extremely important to communicate (gee, isn't that a novel concept?) clearly and accurately with the client. As a construction attorney who has handled more residential complaints against contractors than I care to count, it is a contractor's failure to clearly communicate with the client that is usually at the core of a dispute. Never worry about quality either: flatness, geometry, hillside or whatever, I will personally attest that you will not need to concern yourself about quality.

Fred and his team are genuine, kind, and respectful. Above all, they do fantastic work at a competitive price. For any concrete, masonry, or entire new project builds, we would hire them over and over again if we could. They are a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond the care that is necessary to keep customers satisfied with the work they do. From the first time seven years ago when we worked with him, we have tried and successfully had his team on a number of our projects.
