“Take your business elsewhere…no need to call back”-Dexter. This was left on my voicemail by the manager of Design Outdoor after I was caught off guard by a $10 pallet return fee that was not communicated to me. It was not made clear to me when purchasing pavers from design outdoor that my $35 pallet deposit was not going to be fully refunded. Although this is a small fee, it resulted in a passive aggressive voicemail from a manager two days after the interaction with the front desk staff. If choosing to use Design outdoor, check for all additional fees before hand so you don’t get caught off guard like me.
