Built a nice wall - however, he did not follow the plans that he was given. Several changes were made to the design, including changes to the stairs that were not in compliance with what was approved by the city. This resulted in our having to have a railing placed. He also left a pallet of old retaining wall block sitting in front of my house for over five weeks. And, he buried large pieces of concrete from a different job in my yard without my permission and would not return to remove and/or smooth out the area.

Devine Design Hardscapes did a fantastic job in building our cobblestone & slatestone paver patio. We had talked to a number of contractors but chose them because Paul Devine truly listened to our vision for the project and put a lot of thoughtfulness in his design. They also made and custom designed pergola/ arbor swings for us and a firepit with a table insert. It really transformed our outdoor space!

Devine Design is a fantastic outfit! We've worked together on a few beautiful projects and it was truly a pleasure sharing a job site with them! Their final product is second to none!

I had many quotes for a paver patio, and he was the one that stood out the most for helping me understand what would work or look good in the space I had to work with and not discourage me like others for my thought or design of what I was thinking of. I was working with him over over a year before I could committ and he stayed loyal and did not hesitate on getting started as soon as we could once cleared to start the project. He is very talented and experienced and provided a great outcome! They work hard and fast and my project was completed in just a few days.

Paul Devine was a true professional. He understood all of the underlying details that were involved in our vision for what we wanted for our patio paver walkway, paver stairs and retaining wall. He was prompt, was on site checking on the progress of his crew each day and overseeing the project. He was easy to work with, knew what was needed, stuck to the original budget and timeline. I only have good things to say about Paul and his team and will use them for future projects as well.

I chose Devine Design Hardscapes after getting several bids for a brick paver patio. Devine Design was an easy choice. Their response time while bidding and designing the patio was excellent. They were excellent to work with throughout the design process. He listened to our suggestions and incorporated them into the patio design, as well as adding some of his personal touches that he suggested. I loved the computer images of the finished patio design. The imagines gave us a perfect idea of how the patio would look. Most companies provide a hand drawn image, if anything. The computer designed images provided detail and color that showed us exactly what the patio would look like. Once the project started, Devine Design Hardscape's crew were professional and respectful at all times. As the patio was being built, we wanted to add a layer to the seat wall, which was accommodated with no problem. The project was finished several days under the estimated completion time. Devine Design Hardscape was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and I would highly recommend their work to anyone!
