Marco and his team are a diamond in the rough. GT Masonry is the vendor that provides honest quality work at a price point that understands the value of relationships and repeat business. My wife is his pro bono marketer, and I have a go-to vendor. We passed along his contact info to our neighbor within hours of him completing our job.

Marco did stonework for our front steps/landing and retaining wall which needed some cosmetic repairs. He was very responsive and professional, provided a fair price, and we are very happy with the final result!

I had a long pathway installed around the side of the house connecting to a new stone patio in back, replacing a muddy pathway that made it hard to get around the house. He also replaced gutter drainiage tubes and buried them. Problem solved!

Marco and his team at GT Masonry did a fantastic job building a new brick-enclosed planting area under my bay window. He skillfully matched the existing brick on my house, routed the downspout to safely water the bushes, and added planting soil of good quality. In addition he also repaired broken bricks on my chimney, repointed all four walls of my house, and repaired the shoddy work of a previous contractor. I would happily use Marco and team again.

We had three bids, and what sold this company for us was that Marco helped us refine the idea of what patio we wanted, and really listened to our ideas. We were thinking of a paver patio, but when we started discussing maintenance and care, we quickly switched to flagstone. We liked that he was visible in the pics of some of his other jobs, and that he was going to be on site helping install the patio. It did not hurt that he was also less expensive too. Small team means less overhead. I was impressed that he was very responsive and timely. From demo to completion was about two weeks, faster than I thought. I had ideas to put a fourth light on the sitting wall, and he recommended not doing that and said it was too much. I decided to trust him and I am very glad I did. He was right. A fourth light would have been too much on that wall. He also talked us out of installing rope lighting, said this would look much nicer. It is. For those who are looking I went with the 6" lights from Volt electric and the Kichler transformer that integrates with smart homes. The light is perfect, and I have it turning on just before sunset every day for several hours whenever it is not raining. These smart home features are just bad ass. What I can say is that the final result is far better than I could have imagined thanks to Marco and his team. We are very happy with our patio, and it has completely transformed our backyard. Also, the kids get more s'more's time., so they are both thumbs up as well. Thanks GT Masonry. You made our back yard epic.

Marco and his crew did an excellent job on our project (new front stoop). Marco was very professional, knowledgeable, and bid a very fair price for the job. My wife and I are very pleased. He and his crew showed up on schedule and completed the job within the given time frame (something that is often a challenge for many home construction projects). He cleaned up nicely from one day to the next. He communicated very well when there were issues with the project. His work exceeded our expectations!

We are extremely pleased with the project Marco and GT Masonry just completed for us. We contracted with GT Masonry to replace an old sidewalk and front porch. From start to finish, the process went very smoothly. Marco was responsive to our communications, he understood our vision for the project, he took care in delivering exactly what we wanted. I had a great experience and would recommend GT Masonry Construction (Marco) to anyone. Marco and his team were very reliable, incredibly professional and dedicated to getting the jobs done in a timely manner without cutting corners. Marco has done many projects for me, including complete bathroom renovations, a large outdoor patio using bricks, full house painting and every time, they are on point. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and organized the materials ready for the next days work (this was very important to me and I didn't even have to ask them to do this). I will continue to use GT Masonry Construction for all my projects.

Marco and his team at GT Masonry did a wonderful job rebuilding four brick window wells, powerwashing and resetting a flagstone patio, constructing a new flagstone walkway and demolishing and installing a new concrete driveway. The entire project exceeded my expectations. Every job was well thought out, using the highest quality materials while maintaining a fair price. Marco is an old-school craftsman finding the perfect brick to match a 75 year old home, selecting the best flagstone and making sure everything is done correctly. He is skilled in construction, seamlessly removing an old broken driveway, preparing and pouring new concrete. He wants his customers to be happy and is very easy to work with. He provides guidance and expertise, going above and beyond what is required.. The entire team is professional, friendly, hard working, timely and talented at what they do.

Marco and Gt Masonry Construction created an outdoor oasis in the rear yard of our DC home! The pavers were expertly laid, and the workers were careful and meticulous with their work. My wife and I are very happy with the results! This is our second home in DC and our second time hiring Gt Masonry Construction to pave our rear yard! Each time Marco and his workers were efficient and attentive. I would not hesitate to use them again!

GT masonry rebuilt the dangerously uneven and deteriorated flagstone front porch steps (two sets). They added another step, making each step wide with easy and even elevations. He also replaced deteriorated mortar on the front walk, and set post support brackets for a railing. His price was very reasonable for the work and expertise involved. He was always on time whenever we agreed to meet and discuss the job. It was a pleasure to work with him. I am happy I had a chance to meet this fine craftsman and pleasant man.
