These guys are the best. High quality work from seasoned professionals. They are easy to work with and have the ability to explain technical stuff to lay people.

ICON Contracting has been the best contracting experience I have had. I had good experiences before but I rate this one the best mainly because he was still a phone call or e-mail away after it was done and paid for. I wish I would had known about him before, when I had my entire home renovated. He took on a job that had been done 5 years before. It was my second floor porch which was letting water into my basement, which had never happened before the job was done; and destroying the new stucco in the front of the house. Other contractors did not want to attempt the job or did not guarantee that it would solve the problems I kept having. Gerry from ICON took it on. Once the job got started it was not stopped except for bad weather, since it was outdoors. He was personally working and supervising and if he was not there, his father who started the company was. Every detail was addressed and great care was taken for nothing else to be damaged in the process. If something was not exactly as i wanted it was resolved immediately. I just e-mailed a picture of what I did not like and the next day it was addressed. Something else that I consider important is that every day the site was left in perfect order. At this time, there is not a drop of water getting into my basement or running on the stucco anymore. The stucco still needs to be done but a specialized company will do that when the weather gets better. Gerry did made it clear from the beginning, that he would not take care of the stucco.

I had a difficult job and needed the right contractor. I had drainage issues which required excavation, rebuilding a basement entrance, new patio and pavers. I hired Icon Contracting after receiving several estimates. Many contractors were hesitant to take on this job. It was not an IN and OUT job. Gerry and AL carefully planned out the work and their men worked deligently for 40 days. I am very happy and highly recommend this contractor.

Icon contracting is a great, professional company to work with. All of the paperwork and estimates are done in a timely fashion with the general contractor being extremely good with communication. They are punctual and do great quality work. I used them to build a retaining wall in my backyard, followed by installing a fence that needed to be custom cut in places. Then, they repainted my ornate, antique front door to give it a fresh look. I would have used them more but ran out of projects for them!! I highly recommend Icon contracting!

A new porch was built. The job was well done. The workers completed the job before they would start a new job. The workers were neat and made sure that everything was put back where it belonged. I strongly recommend this contracting company

Since 2011 I have been using ICON contracting for all my outdoor projects. Gerry at ICON redesign all my walks and driveways, front porch & stone work. In addition, Gerry has a talent for gardening and has created a native garden with raised beds and fountain for my back yard. Gerry is courteous, respectful and goes out of his way to listen to what I want. His input is invaluable and he has a good eye for design. I get many compliments on my front yard. I enjoy working with ICON Contracting.
