My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ken showed up for our first meeting 15 minutes early. He assessed the job, set reasonable expectations (told me what was possible and what wasn’t) and promised me a proposal quickly. I had the proposal just a few hours later (on a SATURDAY). I signed, he called and said him and his team would be here Monday morning. And they were, bright and early. His team worked from 7:50AM until 6:30PM, they were amazing. We had two days of rain and the first day it was dry enough (Thu), they were back and ready to work by 7:30AM. They finished the job by 4PM and cleaned up the entire area. The foundation of my house looks great and is now sealed up and ready to stay standing for another 100 years. I highly recommend Ken. Easy to work with and does great work.

Ken, did a superb job for me. He is very easy to work with and very straight forward to deal with. Several of my neighbors commented on the high quality of his teams work on my house and that says a lot as they are very picky. It is a pleasure working with such a professional and I would definitely hire him again.

I have know Ken Manzi for over twenty five years and have utilized his services in countless projects in Monmouth County. His work is outstanding, every job, large or small has the same extreme attention to detail that has distinguished him from everyone else in his field. His word is his bond, the job sites are immaculate, his employees are professional and he oversees every detail of the work. Ken is a craftsman and is able to do historic preservation work to modern work to simple repairs. He is the only mason I ever want to work with.

Do you want a mason who can be innovative and think out of the box? Then Ken Manzi is your mason. He is our mason for the restoration of a 110 year- old stone hut. We needed someone who could manage to get all the supplies and workers to an island in a cost efficient and safe manner. Ken did it with ease and our stone hut restoration is going along great. He has matched our mortar and stones with great skill.
