Moser Contracting

Highly recommend Pat Moser and Rock KC. We needed our porch and walkway completely redone on short notice, and Pat rearranged his schedule to accommodate our schedule. He gave us some suggestions and made those improvements at no additional cost. He did a fantastic job at a reasonable price! Dependable, professional and a good guy!

We contacted Patrick Moser (Sealwize of KC) to seal our deck a few years ago using ZR44. He charged an over priced $1000 for this product which we agreed to because it was "suppose" to come with a 30 year warranty (non-existent) and he insisted we pay him in cash. He told us he will come back in a year and power wash our deck for an agreed upon $50. Since, I contacted Pat, who refused to come back and power wash for $50. He wanted more. His excuse was I have nice cars and he claimed he does not and struggles to make a living. I called and left messages to complain to his partner, Jason. Jason never returned my calls either. I even called Sealwize HeadQuarters, several times, where they told me they have no record that their product Sealwize was ever actually ordered/used by Pat Moser under my address to make their warranty valid. I tried to contact Pat concerning this and he didn't return my calls. A terrible experience with both Pat and his partner. Now, our deck still looks bad and we over paid using the Sealwize inflated price to Pat, in cash, for who knows what the product actually was, since Sealwize claims Pat never placed an order using their Sealwize ZR44 sealant under our name and address which is required for the so called 30 year warranty to be valid---which the warranty was the only reason we paid him $1000 in cash (and no warranty). Save your money for an honest company that does what they say they'll do and doesn't rip you off.

We had a concrete patio poured by a previous contractor a year ago.......our original plan was to place saw cuts in the patio but that never happened! We were desperate to see our project finished and finally found the perfect company to finish it after several attempts at doing so! Pat demonstrated effective communication right off the bat and contacted me within 24 hours of my initial plea for help. He was very professional and thorough and got the job done in about 1-2 weeks after contracting him. It is really hard to find quality service and people who respectfully communicate within a timely manner.....qualities that Pat and his company demonstrate. We are extremely pleased with his work and thankful he was able to finally finish our wishes!! He won't disappoint!

We've had a lot of work done on our homes over the years, and working with Pat Moser was the first time I felt like we weren't an afterthought of my contractor. Pat worked around our busy schedules to provide us a bid on the work (which was very competitive), and he promptly replied to all of our questions throughout the process. It's refreshing to get excellent customer service in the contracting business where quantity often seems more important than quality. We were extremely pleased with our experience and plan to contact Moser Contracting again in the future.

I called out Rock KC to look at a project in my basement. I found them on the internet, they were not a referral. I wanted to stain an area on the floor and the concrete walls. Also the larger project was to build 2 beverage bars out of solid poured concrete. The owner Pat Moser came out and he was very helpful, nice and social. Pat had me send him over some ideas and we got started. I should have got other bids but Pat gave me such a great price and he was easy to get along with I didn't bother. I have no regrets (I believe I got the better deal). Thank you Pat it has been 2 years and we as well as are friends and family love our bar.
