N&M Restoration

Hired N&M Restoration to re-do my concrete porch and unfortunately the workmanship and materials used were extremely poor. Within three months of completion, the concrete began chipping, crumbling and decomposing, which clearly indicated inferior materials and substandard workmanship. To make matters worse after demolishing the original porch, large chunks of concrete and debris were left on my walkway and lawn over a week after supposed job completion. This awkward annoying debris situation on my lawn and walkway was not only a safety hazard but embarrassing as I was forced to welcome friends and family over for our Thanksgiving Holiday Celebration, such awful and unsafe conditions. I made several attempts to contact the office regarding the deteriorating concrete with hopes for a reasonable resolve. Office Manager Tom stated he told owner Nathan about my situation and showed pictures and Nathan agreed "poor job workmanship" and that the concrete needed to be re-done but failed to make correction. My final attempt at calling to schedule a re-do of the job Tom became very angry, rude and verbally aggressive with yelling "Just what do you want me to do?" along with some other uncalled for comments. I reiterating "I just want a professional job with quality materials and good workmanship which is reasonable". I am extremely dissatisfied with N&M Restoration quality of work, their professionalism, accountability for services rendered and customer services. I would strongly caution others seeking to hire this company. Bad Ideal! Best Wishes

My back patio, walkway and chimney repair were all done by N & M, and I am so pleased! The suggestions made based on the age & style of my home were perfect. What a difference it has made! My questions and concerns were explained in detail before my decision, and they were ALWAYS available to speak to me during the entire construction process and after it was complete. I’m always making the time to enjoy my backyard now.

Highly recommend N&M Restoration! I needed my porch completely renovated on my 1919 craftsman home and they had the plan and vision to successfully complete my project.

We started with a chimney repair. Then I asked if they could excavate another entrance to our basement, without hesitation they said yes and quoted a reasonable price. Other contractors were hesitant since they were dealing with a sand base and a machine excavator would be risky. N&M excavated the project by hand and wheelbarrow and completed the project with risers and brick pavers. We are very pleased with the company and will consider them for future projects.

We can't say enough about the paver installation N&M did for us in Sept 2020. They added the project that another contractor did in 2019. It absolutely looks like it was all done at once. The pricing was very fair and we received a good value.
