“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

“East Bay Masonry aka Stan, is a very professional company to work with. Previously I had some work done on my house and was not happy with the so called mason whom would never return my calls and did a very bad job. Nothing like they showed me of there jobs they did before. That's when I was told to contact a real mason, see there work, talk to their previous clients. That's were I found Stan with East Bay Masonry he was courteous, well knowledge in his field and showed me some beautiful jobs his company had done and let me talk to his clients who were very happy with him and his work and recommended his service. He also showed me pictures of the jobs he had completed which looked magnificent. We talked about my project which he listened, then explained what he recommended which I agreed. They put stone veneer on my house which I've been getting complements regularly then they put pavers down for my driveway and patio which again came out awesome and more complements. I highly recommend his company, no problems, no complaints, just quality work by a real professional.”
