Pratt Guys

We wanted to transform our backyard into a tropical oasis. We already had a pool, but it was old and dated. We met with The Pratt Guys to discuss how they could change our backyard into something we would be proud of and want to show off. I immediately knew in our very 1st meeting with Byron that these are the guys I wanted to work with. I told them what I wanted and a few visons I had, and Jack created a 3D rendering of our entire project. As I made selections for pavers, waterline tiles, countertops, tv's, and patio furniture -Jack would add these customized selections into our rendering so I could see what the finished project would look like. Derek and Jake were amazing. Any questions or concerns I had were always immediately answered. I truly felt like they were just as excited as we were and wanted us to have the best of the best! Their quality of work and their professionalism can't be beat. We loved the TV we bought for under the cabana so much that after our project was complete, we had them order us another tv for inside the house. Jerry came out with no questions asked and hung it for us. The entire Pratt Guys team was amazing to work with. It's so nice to find good genuine down to earth people that you can truly trust and know they have your best interest in mind. I feel like we made quite a few new friends during this process and hope to keep in touch with them in the future. I would 1000% recommend The Pratt Guys!

The entire Pratt Guys team lead by Derek and Adam Pratt far exceeded my expectations over the last several months as they built our pool and hot tub. Paver work and landscaping also turned out amazing!! Did not miss a detail. Items they put on the punch list I would have never seen or know any difference. Just great guys that are easy to work with but more important very honest. Thank you Pratt Guys!!

I highly recommend Pratt Guys for whatever you can dream up for your back yard! From start to finish for this large project everything went smoothly. Adam Pratt was so easy to talk to and help us from start to end . Always available always helpful. I wanted an unusual pool i did not want what everyone else had. So the designer Jack was the man ! Beautiful design in the shape of my pond behind and tweaking it just the way i wanted it. He was a perfectionist. My wants were met. I wanted to entertain without having anyone needing to step foot inside my house. So full bathroom with shower. Summer kitchen and an extra storage room closet because why not can always need extra storage. All under a concrete cabana with tongue and grove ceiling and skylight . The huge structure flawlessly attached to my house !! The best part the pool i wanted it all and got it all heated salt water , water feature and fire pit and overflow glass Spa . Hubby wanted a screen. I said do not block my view so extended screen it had to be and 2 stories of course to cover me at the balcony too from insects while i can still watch the nature outside like deers in the morning the hawks otters and owls at night . They did it all started November 2022 ended April in time for my daughter birthday party. I had to do nothing , they dealt with the HOA other contractors , clean up everything. They worked around the clock came early and left late. fixed back my sis and my outdoor lights to better than original. My neighbors had no complaints they actually only had compliments because they were so conscious of not getting in anyones way with the trucks and machinery . I tell you I am OCD i pay attention to details and can be a pain and i barely had anything to complain about and when i did they were there in a heart beat. Eric Always was there to help ! Man totally worth it. If you want your back yard done right look no further and trust me i shopped around. Glad i made this decision i don’t regret it for a minute !

We were looking for a contractor who could not only build a pool & pergola, but could also handle the new construction of a pool house. We didn’t want to deal with more than one contractor, who likely wouldn’t communicate with each other properly, so we hired Pratt to take on this project. The scope of the project changed tremendously, and Pratt happily took on our new requests. After talking with other companies in the beginning and comparing thoughts on how to remedy certain situations, we felt like Pratt had the expertise and were the most skilled. We felt like their problem-solving skills were excellent. We threw new things their way - one being a golf-simulator room where they had to work in tandem with another company and it requires them to take on a good bit of extra communication. They happily tackled it. It was obvious that they aimed to keep us happy. This was such a large, detailed project and Pratt handled it beautifully and created such an amazing backyard & pool house project for us. We love it and appreciate all the hard work that went into this project, beginning with the amazing planning of this project with Jack to all the hours and hours spent managing and communicating. Wow! An emphatic Five Stars!! Mary and I could not be happier. From start to finish our experience with each associate was extremely helpful and rewarding. These are professionals. They knew more about what we wanted than we could articulate ourselves. From our initial inspiration photos, through ten computer generated design renderings, HOA approval process, ground breaking and final walk through, we found the Pratt Guys to be knowledgeable, responsive, patient and polite. The process is expensive, but you get what you pay for with Pratt Guys. Top line materials and appliances. A team of contractors that take pride in their work…craftsman. I could not imagine managing all these moving parts with the trades myself. This is the true value added in doing business with Pratt Guys. They do it all. With all these moving parts and a myriad of design details, mishaps are inevitable. We had a handful with ours. But here again, problem resolution was swift and done to our complete satisfaction. Mary and I will spend countless hours under our Pavilion making memories with family and friends. Thank you Pratt Guys for making our dream a reality.

As I prepared to choose a pool company I knew that I needed one that was not only able to build a pool but also help me bring my design idea to life. Pratt Guys did just that. They took the time to listen to what I wanted in my design and brought it to life. The best part of the process was the availability of those I worked with. In any construction project there are going to be challenges, set backs and changes. The key is having a team that is responsive and readily available to solve the challenges. The Pratt Guys proved to me that they were worth their salt by being completely available during the challenges of the project. In the end they produced a wonderful space that will be a focal point of my home for years to come.

We are very pleased with our new upgrade: a Delta Heat grill that the Pratt Guys custom installed for us. From start to finish, they found us the best grill to replace an old broken one, and modified our outdoor kitchen to accommodate it. Safely installed in one day, looks great and we are thrilled with our new grill. We were very happy with how clean and professional from start to finish the whole experience was! Pratt guys did our backyard with the pergola . They did great job and transformed our backyard to a dream one . There design , planning is meticulous and very professional. Pratt Guys changed our patio and lawn from developer evaluation to most loved home base goal. The development procedure was smooth and the site was tidied up each day. Each contact we had with them was sure and gainful in making the undertaking incredible! I'd prescribe them for anybody that needs a quality open-air living space that your neighbors will want! We had an interesting lawn thought and the Pratt Guys breathed life into our thought. The plan looked precisely like the completed item. The Pratt Guys exceeded our expectations converting our plain backyard into an amazing space to gather with friends and family. We began the conversation with Jason Pratt in the fall of 2018 and by spring of 2019 the pool and pavers were installed. Construction was completed just in time for summer break, the kids were thrilled and we were amazed. We have already hosted several family events in our new backyard and the kids bring friends over to swim almost every day. We have a permanent stay-cation just outside our back door now. We are already looking forward to phase 2 with the Pratt Guys!
