Spartan Developments

Travis coated several concrete pads around the house. We were having a party and it was important that the work needed to be done within several days. Travis was able to coordinate the sandblasters in short order, fix several problem areas, match the stain and coat the > 1000 sq ft area in time for the party. The work was well done and he definitely has the expertise to supervise others, execute and stay within budget. The following year he came back to check on the work, and repaired any coatings that seemed to not meet his expectations. We are considering more work to coat the garage floor this upcoming year.

Spartan Developments was punctual, neat and did an excellent job. Our basement floor looks like natural stone tiles with scoring in the concrete. It only took one full day and part of another. We have had so many compliments from friends surprised to find out it's not tile but stained concrete!! Love, love, love our floor!!
