System Pavers recently completed a large patio rebuild at my home and I'm completely delighted and impressed with the job. The team was exceptional, from the design phase onward, but most importantly through the construction and completion. Total professionals through and through. Todd helped my wife and I work through the design by delicately listening and suggesting ideas. Mark Bell, the project manager, was a consummate professional through the entire job, keeping me informed, offering solutions, and really driving the job to completion. I feel like the size and scope of this project could have gotten out of hand by most, but Mark was a pro and stayed on top of things through every phase of the job. Really outstanding! Matt came by and helped out with some small warranty work, but the work he did was not small in any way. He's conscientious and a real craftsman that holds a high bar. I can't say enough about how great Mark and Matt were. Thank you! My neighborhood is really close knit and so many of my friends and neighbors have asked for contact info and I'm glad and willing to share recommendations. Thank you all for such a fantastic job!

High fives all around to the Team! Extremely efficient and the finished product exceeded what I had imagined. Took a small side yard that was covered in drain rock, not utilized to now a spacious area ready to entertain. The guys were fantastic... strong, fast, neat and efficient. The entire team is a well-oiled machine. My only regret is that I did not do the entire landscaping all around my home. System Pavers Senior Management Team: please give a spiff card to the team! Harley Waycasy was so helpful today. Their business has put in all my pavers and artificial grass. I get compliments all the time how beautiful my landscaping, pavers and artificial grass looks. DWP has decided they want to move my DWP meter box 8 inches up. It interferes with my lights, artificial grass, black decorative dividers put in between grass and plants, etc. Harley came and removed part of the artificial grass, so it is rolled up and hopefully out of their way. I do not want the grass (nor anything) to be damaged. Harley has stated he will help me put the grass back when this whole ordeal is over. I am so grateful. So thankful.

At the start of this year we decided to finally do something about the landscaping in the backyard, including the pavement. As always, we compared multiple quotes, including those of System Pavers, and others. The biggest reason to go with System Pavers was a combination of the professional sales process (help with design), the company size (gives confidence), and the long warranty. When the project started, it was a very pleasant experience to work with the project managers (first Javier and subsequently Orfil). We discussed the progress daily, so there were no surprises, and communication was frequent (call, text, in person). Once the project was finished, we were very pleased with the quality of the work. Combined with the warranty, that made the higher price worth it. Are they perfect? No, some adjustments were necessary, but that is why the daily communication is so valuable.

We were very pleased with Carlos, Mark and Isaac. They understand what we wanted and made sure they delivered what they said they would. Our yard has been converted to our favorite place to relax! System Pavers installed our backyard patio in June 2020. Since then we had an issue with one of our storm drains that we thought was caused by the patio install but it in fact wasn't once the crew came back to lift the pavers and investigate. The crew found the pipe below the pavers was disconnected, leaking and had roots growing inside!! They offered to help with all of the repairs and did it all in two days of work and saved us money doing so. They went above and beyond in helping us with a job that should have been thousands and thousand of dollars. Thank you, System Pavers!

We were very pleased with the exceptional quality of the staff of System Pavers. From the very beginning, meeting with Beth, the Designer, to Jeremy, the project manager who answered all of our questions and promptly responded to all of our texts and phone calls, and to the Installation Team who explained the process, we found them all very professional. The new patio pavers are beautiful!

We just finished our second project with System Pavers and, as with our first project, we are thrilled with the results. Dan Bowman (design consultant) was able to take my vague “we need to replace our broken aging 1957 Eichler concrete and turn it into something we’ll love” and make an amazing design. Our project manager, Bailey Andes, had his crew bring it to life. The paver job was done on time, within budget and the results are beyond my expectations. Their crew was fast, neat and professional. Dan and Bailey did such a great job on the pavers, that I reach out to Dan several months later and asked him what he thought we could do with our water hungry back lawn? Again, Dan drew up a great plan and Bailey and his team executed a gorgeous mid century modern artificial turf lawn for my mid century modern Eichler. I highly recommend System Pavers and specifically the team of Dan and Bailey. There will be a third project next year and I can’t think of a better team than Dan and Bailey to get it done.

I researched and interviewed paving companies in my area. The most professional company was System Pavers from the salesperson Mike, so thorough and had good ideas, to the workers to Jeremy the contractor. They gave me my own Portal where It was easy to pay and see the progress. I made a changed, it was no problem to them. Easy to review my documents, used DocuSign. So easy to text the contractor, Jeremy. Jeremy would answer my questions within minutes. They made me feel like I was their only client. The job came out better than I expected. After the design was approved it was Adrians job to be managing the project and he did a really amazing job . He understood our needs and even change in the project was well handled . We are so happy with System Pavers. They over-delivered in every way. 1. They were on time. Early even if you consider that the original estimate for completion was 20-25 days and they were DONE in two weeks. The job was not huge, but it was complicated and involved our driveway/ font of our home, the sides, and the garden in the back. Paving and drainage design on an older Oakland home. 2. The Design Consultant, Anthony Radogna and project manager, Adrian O'Donoghue were both outstanding problem-solvers and professionals. A) Anthony took the time to really understand what we needed and the problems we were trying to solve. He did not try to upsell us into things we didn't need or weren't looking for, but he did make excellent recommendations that improved our overall design and vision. He also came to our initial conversation having done his homework. In full disclosure, we were thinking about doing this project next year... and because of his thorough preparation we decided to put the work in motion right away. B) Despite very wet ground remaining from the days of storms (under the original terrible cement and pavers) and a day of rain, they kept the project to budget and are scheduled to deliver EARLY. Seriously, when does it ever happen with any construction projects? When we hit an unforeseen snag with drainage, Adrian proactively addressed the issue right away, and found us a solution that kept us in budget. C) A few words on the crew: So professional, so fast, and strong beyond belief. I have never seen concrete and pavers, rolled in and out with such efficiency. The work was completed yesterday - and its so gray and cold out that the photos don't do the work justice. It makes me feel like we should've done this five years ago- especially, given that the paving project solves both our water runoff problem and poor landscaping choices created by previous owners of the house . I recommend them without reservation.

System Pavers exceeded our expectations with professionalism, attentiveness, extreme responsibility, and supreme competence. I would give them more than five stars. Working with Mike for the design and contract stage and Jeremy as our project manager was a pleasure. We were so impressed with their work that we will choose them for future projects. During the design phase, Mike took the time to understand our vision fully and offered excellent ideas to improve upon it. The negotiation process was respectful and smooth, focusing on staying within our budget. Mike's communication skills were exceptional, and he kept us informed throughout the process. Jeremy was always available to address our concerns and questions, and his vast experience and expertise were invaluable as we tackled a complex project. We couldn't have asked for a better project manager. Jeremy's input was particularly helpful in devising a drainage strategy. The System Pavers team knows what they're doing and has the means and capability to deliver exceptional results.

When we considered getting a fire pit and patio extension, System Pavers was the first company to call back and get a consultation appointment, and with a 25 year warranty and install dates in this century, things seemed too good to be true... Initial estimate of completion was 1 month, 4 months later, it's still not done. When they showed up for install, the new timeline for finishing was 1 week, then they put a hole in the side of our house, tried to cover it up and do a rushed repair job and thought we wouldn't notice (note: the hole was actually through the siding and the drywall to the inside of the house. it sat open like that for almost two weeks) When I raised the concern to the team, the response was "oh, maybe put a cover over it and we'll check it out next week..." It was a fight to get it done correctly. I wish I could say the problems ended there, but they just kept mounting. the installers talked me out of features that I wanted and talked me into paying more for other 'side work'. They also tried to not complete the job in entirety by omitting the key pieces that give the product warranty. When I raised these things to the team, they promised they'd make it up in other ways, but the way SP kept track of punchlist items on my project was via text - and the number of the PM kept changing, so it became impossible to keep track. I never once saw them write anything down (besides the price). The hits just keep on coming and the customer service is nowhere to be found. Hugely disappointing. Reader beware: SP will try to convince you that payment is due when the job is "substantially complete", but you should withhold an amount to ensure the job gets done. We financed our project with the bank they chose, and even they said to not release final payment until you were fully satisfied. Wish I had listened.

Adrian O'Donoghue at System Pavers Vallejo did an excellent job quarterbacking our front yard patio and pathway. His team was super responsive and came back to do some repairs after the work was complete. He responded quickly to each call or text. If you decide to hire System Pavers request Adrian and his team for your job. You won't regret it.

My project manager, Aidan O'Donoghue was top notch. He managed our front yard project with care and professionalism. When we had a minor issue with the installers (cut lighting wires and garden drip system), he pushed for rapid resolution which was accomplished within 2 days. Couldn't ask for a better communicator and effective manager. Thanks to Aidan I'll use System Pavers again!!

We recently took on the project of redoing the front of our house which had been in place for at least 30 years. We got many bids and settled on System Pavers. If I were able to give more than five stars, I would. From start to finish they were outstanding from the sales person, Anthony, the project managers Nick, along with angel and Marcos and Nilvan who did the actual laying of the pavers. This was a large job, the work was done quickly, but more importantly, with amazing, expertise and skill. We were kept up-to-date daily with changes, schedules, timelines and other notifications. They showed up when they said they would. The jobsite was always clean. I was provided with contact information for the project manager Nick and if I ever did need to contact him, he was always available. If I ever need paver work down again, in the future, won't look any further than System Pavers.

Mike Virgallito (Design Consultant) and Dan Burnham (Project Mgr) are the Dynamic Duo in every sense of the word! They were, in essence, our project heroes. Their expertise were evident from the moment we met. There is no way that we could possibly overstate the level of confidence, genuine care, skills, strategy and knowledge for what we needed done in our side yard. It's certainly not the largest project but it is our first project in this home and we were taking our time with it. After we initially contacted Mike (he's the coolest dude!) we could feel his authenticity and we liked him by the end of our first meeting together. He's honest, told us straight info, and answered every question we had. Dan and his crew are, hands down, the very best we've ever been involved with! They worked meticulously, methodically, and got the project done so beautifully - way before schedule - just 3 days - in time for our anniversary! The guarantees are comprehensive, more than any other paver quotes we got, the process of setting up the online account, dealing with the financials, and being provided with all the pertinent documentation went so smooth! In December 2020, System Pavers did a comprehensive remodel of our outdoor living space primarily hardscape and lighting. We selected System Pavers for our new driveway project after talking to 3 other paver companies because they were the most professional and responsive. Also, they were a one-stop- shop that had been around for a long time with a solid track record, offered warranties, and managed the whole job - and their price was also good. We agreed on a schedule that fitted our needs and which they kept to and completed on time. Their team was excellent and courteous during the installation period and their project manager was available anytime we had a question. Plus he was there each day to make sure everything was going according to plan. Overall we were very happy with everything about the job and it looked amazing when completed. A number of our neighbors commented on how great it looked and asked who did the job for us. System Pavers helped us when we had an engine oil spill and replaced several of the pavers at no cost to us. In summary, they were great and I would definitely use them again.

Our project was the replacement of an asphalt driveway with pavers. We talked to a number of local contractors before selecting System Pavers. They were the most professional and responsive, and they're pricing was competitive. In every phase, from quoting the job, then the negotiations, then the scheduling, then the installation and finally the punch list, System Pavers delivered as promised. Our driveway now has pavers, the installation is really high quality, and it looks great! We definitely would use System Pavers again and recommend them highly.

Anthony Radogna, our design consultant, took the time to talk about what we wanted to use the space for, came up with detailed plans and worked through all the small details along the way. When Anthony handed it off to the project team, our project manager, Adrian O'Donoghue, made sure the details were communicated to the team and if something was not done just right, he took the time to make it right. He came by the project daily to check the progress and did everything I asked. Our yard was challenging for demolition but Bruno and Christian worked hard to make sure our project was done quickly. Anthony had our design done on a Friday, work started the next Monday and they were done in a little under two weeks. The finished product looks exactly how we envisioned it and it has instantly made our yard more usable. System Pavers is committed to getting the project done on time and as promised! Blown away is all we can say. Adrian, Rio, Dave, and David we’re flexible, patient, and communicative from design to final stone. We had a couple changes along the way and they were super responsive. Adrian, Mike and Nick were excellent in organizing and supervising the installation of our new Front Terrace. Their team arrived on time and always explained in advance exactly what they planned to accomplish for the day. All work was completed on time and in a professional manner. The System Pavers team were willing to go the extra mile and locate outside contractors to complete necessary electrical and plumbing issues which unexpectedly popped up. All work was accomplished in a professional manner in advance of their original estimated completion date. We highly recommend System Pavers. Job well done!

Need Paver Work Done? GO HERE!! I got tired of pruning the front yard, not to mention the drought issue that CA is facing, so I hired System Pavers. The entire front yard got an awesome face lift. I got pavers that matched my house perfectly. Neighbors have already stopped by with compliments. The quality of work was high and the CUSTOMER SERVICE RECIEVES HIGH MARKS from Derek and Team. Communications stayed tight throughout the job, I knew what was going on and when the crew was there. I particularly liked System Pavers contacting the utility companies to minimize surprises. I plan on more follow on work, which will make my decision on who to go with very easy: Absolutely with System Pavers!

We signed a contract with System Pavers on November 15, 2021 to complete two projects: A paver patio, and a pergola. The patio was completed as promised with no problems. The pergola project has been a nightmare. System Pavers collected our 10% deposit, of course, with a promise to start work on the pergola in March of 2022. March came and went, and we heard nothing. Voicemails in April, May, June, July, seeking an update generated no response. We could never reached the sales manager (Cecilia Nilssen) or the construction manager (Orfil Gonzalez) on our project. On August 23 (after I had left a negative review), Ms. Nilssen finally called me, saying permits were in the works, and promising an update in "a week to 10 days." We never heard from System Pavers again. It has now been more than 11 months since we signed our contract. No work has occurred. No one other than the receptionist will answer the phone when we call. I would shrug this off, except they are sitting on our $3700 deposit, and apparently have no intention of performing any work. Do yourself a favor: Hire someone else (anyone else) for your project.

We hired System Pavers Fremont to remove an old slanted concrete driveway and pathway and design and install a whole new backyard path, and patio. We couldn't be happier. Nick Lehr and Adrian O'Donoghue were awesome in the design phase, and helped us figure out how to plan it and deal with some complicated drainage issues. The crew that did all the work were diligent, clean and most importantly did really good work. Adrian was here every day supervising the crew and was really communicative, responding to texts immediately. Couldn't recommend them more. And the price of the project was more than reasonable!

We installed new pavers in our driveway+backyard 4 years ago and have truly loved them (definitely improved the aesthetics and value of our house!). We had to move out of state (work) a couple years ago and rented out the house -- and our last tenants mistreated the pavers badly, including letting their kids stain them with acrylic paint... fortunately for us, Adrian O'Donaghue and System Pavers were extremely responsive, helped us quickly explore cleaning vs replacement options, made referrals to a recommended cleaning service, and stayed involved till the pavers were back in good shape even though it wasn't their responsibility. I have had the good fortune of working with System Pavers on two major projects - the paving of my driveway, walkway, and front of the house. A few years later they designed and paved an extraordinary backyard terrace and 50 foot retaining wall. The work was exceptional and beautiful. Recently I reached out to them again regarding the need to clean and seal the pavers that are now 5+ years old. Barely a day later I received a text from Adrian O'Donogue, the local project manager. He said he was in the neighborhood and could he come by. Ecstatically, I said yes and 5 minutes later he was at my house. He walked me through everything as he examined the front and back pavers. He advised on how to clean the few pavers that had stains and offered to drop off some sand for the two pavers in the back that could use it. In the end, he said everything was in great shape, no need to do a clean and seal project. He left me with his business card and told me to reach out whenever something comes up.Who does that? His advice and guidance literally saved me thousands of dollars. Not a week later, during a record heat wave, two of the drainage pipes from the terrace collapsed and rolled down a slope in pieces. I immediately reached out to Adrian. Again, he was at my house within a day. In 90 degree heat, he went down the slope, recovered the drainage pipe pieces and fixed them both. Exceptional service is an understatement. Not only does System Pavers do a great job in the first place but they are there for you, even years later. Thank you, Adrian, you are the best.

Wow! We just finished having our front and backyard done by System Pavers and we couldn’t be happier! It looks SOO beautiful and the experience was just great. Nate came and met with us to give us an estimate. He was very helpful and gave us a great quote. Then Adrian took over. He kept us informed of what was happening at each step of the way and answered all of our questions. Whenever there was an obstacle to the process, he took the obstacle away, without putting any stress on us. His recommendations were terrific, and he was patient and reassuring. My wife & I live in Napa, CA and love our home but our backyard really needed some work. Our grass lawn occupied one half of the lawn and the other half was a bit of an eyesore. It was an unfinished sandy gravel-like mixture that would grow weeds easily and was an are we rarely used except to get some fresh air. We put a small set of chairs around a table added an umbrella & dealt with the weeds with our landscaper. After a couple of glasses of wine with our neighbors in their beautiful backyard we decided it was time for a change. We set up an appointment the next day & within the week their very experienced, friendly & knowledgable account rep. Mike Bing Mike patiently showed us what was involved, how the process worked, what our options were, what the time frame would be and approximate costs for the area we intended. After walking off the dimensions of the yard & showing a schematic Mike was back to us only a couple of days later with an estimate & timeframe. We knew it wouldn’t be inexpensive but also knew how much this would improve the appearance of our home & how it should practically pay for itself with the value added & overall look of our home & yard. This would be an investment in our home. We looked through catalogs while on vacation & started to envision what we could do once we agreed on the right paver colors & arrangement of the pattern. We thought it would be great to have completed for a visit from friends & family from east coast & asked Mike if what we wanted was doable In such a short span of time. He told us if we could commit to the job at the price quoted / he would put his top team to complete on time. We went for it & signed the papers the next day when we returned from our trip. We then met with the Paver team & discussed the process as they surveyed the space. Mike Bolla was the actual supervisor on team of five guys who did the hard work of excavating the gravel & soil, flattening the space & leveling the surface. It was impressive how quickly & efficiently they worked within 2 days They had the are ready to lay down pavers. The third day and next stage was nothing short of amazing. This team of 5 men laid these pavers down so fast & perfectly it was mind boggling. Perfect seams between pavers. 4 (or was it 5?) Pavers expertly placed with a border around the perimeter that locked it all in place. By the end of the 3rd day they were finished. It was awesome. We were amazed at how it looked. Truly transforming to our place. We could not have been happier with the results. We had ordered a gazebo & chairs a week prior & with that project completed by me & a couple friends we kind of wished the same team built the gazebo & avoided some of the missteps we made in its construction Ha! In any case we now had a beautiful backyard & a gazebo that looks absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend *****!!

We had a huge project done .......a lot could have gone wrong but due to the company culture we were made happy throughout the entire project. I would recommend System Pavers to absolutely anyone who is considering a decking, backyard, driveway, or feature project. I was happy with the design/sales guy and his transparency with being new/learning (if he didn't have the answer to a question he found it through calling others - low ego but confident in what he did know). The crew that did the handcrafted work (cutting stones/laying stones) were early to the job site each day and ready to work hard consistently. They took the project seriously and asked my opinon/input when there were gray areas. The company does hand designs by design/sales team and because it is hand drawn and hard to visualize (if you are like me) the gray areas become important during the projects evolution. We didn't see the project manager much because the crew was outstanding with these nuances in the job but when we did have bigger problems to solve the project manager showed up and was readily available 24/7 to solve bigger problems. I think the bigger the project the bigger the problems so the company culture was important to us. Oh and I did my research - while System Pavers may cost double you cannot beat a 25 year warranty....we are pleased with every single person we encountered.

We used system pavers to completely redo our backyard and I absolutely love our backyard now. From the beginning of the project, design and negotiation, to the end our experience was great. Cesar Guzman, our project manager was extremely professional and saw to the fact that we were on time and budget. We adjusted scope couple of times during the project and he was extremely accommodating and even figured out a way to get it done for a very reasonable cost. The best part was how involved everyone was during all phases of the project. Cesar came by everyday to check in with me and inspect progress and quality. I highly recommend System Pavers, especially if you are performing a big project, and don't have time to micromanage.

Very pleased with the whole project. Excellent coordination and delivery. From the beginning Mile & Alec were great to deal with. Our backyard looks amazing in less than 2 months total project time. Adrian the PM was very professional and communicated promptly and explained everything that was going on. He would stop by the site daily (multiple time in a day) and will make sure that everything is gaining smooth. He went above & Beyond to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered . Albert Hagan was such an awesome Sales Person to work with, Mark Trojanowski was the most amazing Project Manager, and the entire crew was completely professional. My project was finished ahead of schedule and they started a week early!

We have used system pavers 2 tomes now. First was a huge project building raised gardens all in the front with stairs going up to the front door then paving the entire front porch. They also do lighting which we had added. The latest job was our parking strip in that tree stumps needed to be taken out. The built 4 planters for me and paved the rest. You didn't even know they were ever here it was so clean. I wish I had more projects for them but I am sure I will use them again in the future.

My experience working with my team at Systems Pavers has been nothing short of ideal. Cecelia Nilssen, Sales Manager South Bay, was my point of contact and my designer on two major projects at my home in Santa Cruz. She has a superb eye and an excellent knowledge of options and materials available to suggest. I also worked with Project Manager Dan Burnham on both builds. The execution of my latest project is everything, thanks to Dan, that I hoped for. Working with Cecelia and Dan, I got the kind of service and attention you would expect of a small local company tailored to the homeowner: they are expert, trustworthy, reliable, fair, honest, and endlessly patient. Yet, I got all the backup of a major company with excellent and easy financing options and warranties and guarantees. Dan's team of masons, led by foreman William, are superior craftsmen who take endless care and pride in their work. They work tirelessly, efficiently, and neatly. Everything was completed on or ahead of schedule with great attention to aesthetics. The site was cleaned up and prepped thoroughly at the end of each day. Dan was extremely accommodating about making changes and was on-site regularly and always available by phone. He is everything you would want in a project manager and more. I loved his enthusiasm for my project and appreciated so much his pleasure in seeing Cecelia's wonderful design realized. He made me feel really special. As a final note, let me say how fair and reasonable Systems Pavers pricing proved to be. I can't recommend them more highly!

I can't describe how professional these guys are. Every detail matters, and they do outstanding work. Super-precise, and high-quality materials. Our patio looks great! To top it off, we had an issue with our landscaper tied to irrigation lines. We need to pull up some of the new patio pavers to fix, and Jeremy and Mike were right on top of it. They pulled strings to get a crew together and saved the day for the landscaper. System Pavers was a great decision, and I'm sure I'll be calling again if I need anything for hardscape!

I've had a lot of concrete poured for walkways and and back patio using different contractors and am very happy, but and if I poured anymore concrete then helicopters might start landing. So I chose System Pavers for their quality job from a construction crew. They were here for six days as I put down a pretty big patio. Against the house are two cutouts for planting, of which I am now preparing the soil for such. Additionally they made it perfectly level with the existing cement and slopes away from the house for water drain. They are good and professional. They tile layers are top notch, and underlayment stone is thick and the best. I am impressed.

We are very happy and satisfied with the work that System Pavers provided us. The project manager is most efficient and knowledgeable and definitely deserve a 5 Stars rating! The workers were courteous and cleaned up nicely at the end of each working day!

They made our yard absolutely beautiful. Couldn't be happier! They took out our old sod and our yard looks polished and we are loving it!

I had some crumbling concrete walkways replaced with paved walkways, as well as a new circular paver patio with benches installed by System Pavers at my old craftsman house in Berkeley, and everything looks excellent. During his initial consultation, Justin listened to how I planned to use the space and made design recommendations based on my admittedly vague descriptions. To be honest, I hadn't considered putting in a patio circle with permanent paver benches before he suggested it, but I thought it was a great idea since I wanted to have a fun and functional gathering space for college students, and that's what he ended up designing. He also suggested paver colors that would complement my dark wood shingle house and the existing aged red brickwork. I had originally thought about going with the red pavers, but he said they would likely clash with the existing brickwork, which is older and, therefore, washed out... We ended up using the victorian color, which has both warm and gray tones and looks lovely against the existing aged redwood shingles and brickwork. Adrian managed the project and kept in constant communication with me, sending me pictures of his team's progress and regularly initiating video calls with me since I was working offsite during most of the project and was only able to travel to see it in person a couple of times during the construction process. When I changed my mind about the paver circle materials at the eleventh hour, he put in a change order, no problem, and got everything done exactly as I wanted it. He's a very patient and pleasant person who stays calm under pressure, which I really appreciated since dealing with a big construction project is already stressful enough, but doing it remotely is even more stressful. So, it was reassuring to know he was on site to handle anything that came up during the project. The whole paver project turned out better than I imagined and everyone who sees it tells me how fabulous it looks and what a professional job the installers did. I'm very happy with the way things turned out and expect the pavers to last a long time since they're high quality materials, well-installed, and System Pavers has a great warranty. Excellent experience overall!

Brian from system pavers was amazing and respectful, took the project seriously and made sure his crew did the work to spec. They worked clean and safely and made sure to let me know what was going on on each day.

Early January 2022 I reached out to System Pavers Rep Travis Petty to discuss my landscape rough design/sketch and within two weeks we had an onsite meeting with a verbal cost estimate so I could make some decisions. Travis also gave really great ideas for pathway/walkway areas, paver boarded colors, wall(s), rock bench, gas fire pit, drainage and lighting. Estimate of Construction timelines were also given, and paperwork was filed within a few days after. And when the project was finished the craftsmanship stood out the most, and we knew our backyard may soon host some great events. Happy Customers

We just had System Pavers complete our patio project and are very happy with both the results and their process. We had them convert our back lawn into a water-saving patio five years ago. Their work has held up very well, unlike our previous efforts which turned into gopher warrens. When we decided to complete the design by replacing our old cracked and bent concrete patio with an extension of our converted lawn, we again called on System Pavers. Not only were they quick to respond to our inquiry, Beth, who designed the first project, came out again to help us come up with a design that integrated the entire yard. They were able to get started on the construction quickly and efficiently. They broke up and removed the old concrete (all with hand tools and wheelbarrows since they didn’t have sufficient side yard clearance to get bigger equipment in) and hauled it away in a single day. They then needed a day to dig out the various roots that had grown under the concrete and prepare the bed followed by three days to complete the job. Kudos to the project manager, Jeremy, who stayed in close contact throughout the project and worked with us on a few small changes that we wanted to make. Bottom line, we are extremely happy with the final product and look forward to an even nicer backyard and entertainment space that we had before. We can’t recommend them enough.

I'm not someone who leaves a lot of reviews but from the initial consultations to final cleanup we are so delighted with System Pavers and the work they did to improve the looks of our patio with a small 18 inch sitting wall and two 24 inch pillars. Their design consultant Beth Froelicher came to our house and walked us through the process. She worked within our budget to design a beautiful patio of paving stones in our courtyard. I honestly had no idea how it would all look as we looked at the stone samples but she helped us choose the perfect ones to go with our home. Once all approved, she handed us over to the project foreman, Jeremy Durfee who was fantastic! He oversaw a great crew who were extremely professional. We hardly knew they were working in our courtyard each day. Jeremy kept us up to date on the scheduling and answered all questions during construction. Within just a few days we joyfully stood over our beautiful new patio with beautiful lighting in the wall and pillars. This is the third project System Pavers has done for us and we highly recommend them. We definitely look forward to using our new patio. Thank you!

Job was completed on time and crew was professional in all phases of completion of our driveway. Travis our Project Manager was very helpful in answering all questions and he assisted us with a change we wanted after project started. Great service from Adrian O'Donoghue!!! This is our second job with System Pavers. Our first job included water feature lighting that stopped working and Adrian took the lead on working with the manufacturer to get us a replacement part, then made sure it was installed correctly. It seems if you're project is not just a simple repaving you will inevitably run into some sort of issue (below the surface pipes, drainage, etc.). This time Adrian is once again ensuring our job is getting done right.

We had SUCH a great experience with System Pavers! We wanted pavers and turf to remake our entire backyard into a place we wanted to hang out. Albert was very knowledgeable, giving us all of our options up front. He was not pushy in any way, and you could tell he believed in his company and their product. We also felt that Jonathan, who handled the actual install, was great too! Very professional, working hard to make sure we were kept up to speed on the crew’s timing and progress. The crew was super talented. They worked around a few design glitches that popped up, and our yard looks magnificent! We have already spent so much more time outside, we love it! We are so pleased - thank you System Pavers!

Generally pleased with the final build but call outs include fit and finish, unexplained cost increases, and capabilities. Fit and finish is the biggest worry with long term structures like patios, the pavers look good. Overlooking a few stains and scratches, its fine. The bigger call out are planter work. The austin office uses third party contractors that all have different levels of skills and workmanship. In our case, our planters were 7 different colors and 10 different textures....They sent a new crew to fix the issues only to have them create new ones that are still unfinished, 3+ weeks over the expected completion date. During the install process and after signing contracts and getting "final measurements," they somehow overlooked over 36 inches of elevation and realized that they needed to add a stair. Without explanation, that single stair was going to cost $6k, that as a consumer, I discovered via a docusign addendum without explanation. This was after their overlooked a drainage measurement that cost another $3k. Generally, the advise is to look out for scope-creep. In total for our case, it was a + 25% increase in cost vs the original sales contract. We're happy with the warranty since I think we'll need it out here but generally, I would caution Austin area consumers until they have their internal ducks in a row. Whoever is running the show from HQ clearly isn't up to speed with customer needs out here.

I'm so thrilled with my new backyard! Can you believe this only took 4 days of work? Within 3 weeks I had a quote, scheduled the start of the job, and had a new yard! So excited for the low maintenance. I could not have done this at this level of quality. The turf has drainage and the pavers are so smooth and straight. Thank you Darryl, Nick and everyone who got this done!

Updated review - the regional team really did a great job of making everything right, after seeing my review below. I am happy to report they dealt with every issue I described and even put new sod down to replace what had been torn up. I'd say our yard looks better than it did before and water flow on the property is actually better as well, which was a big one. Looking forward to our next project with System Pavers, knowing how they resolved to make things right, no matter the cost. Original review - Overall our experience was good with System Pavers, albeit not quite great. We are ultimately impressed with the look of the patio but I'm not 100% convinced of the longevity of the workmanship. First off, our PM, Travis, was absolutely fantastic to work with. One of the most communicative project managers I've ever worked with and I work with PMs all the time, daily. That was the best part of the experience. The design options and customizations were about 90% on par with our expectations, although we would have liked additional options from our designer for a pathway we ended up doing on a DIY basis, based on his recommendation. In hindsight this is something System Pavers could have included in the project, of course at a cost (we'd expect nothing less), resulting in a 100% complete patio experience. We had to hire this out separately, rather than doing it DIY ultimately. Pricing - SP is a little on the high side but on the one hand, you get what you pay for. We had absolutely perfect pavers installed, which can be tough considering they are all smashed together on a pallet prior to installation. The crew did a great job of inspecting each one in detail, before laying it. The crew was great, with one major exception and another minor exception... About 70% through the project, temps fell below 20 degrees one night, so the concrete used to hold the paver border in place didn't set properly and therefore, the affected pavers had to be glued (you read that right) by the crew using masonry adhesive, to the concrete once it did set. This is where I am worried about long term wearability of the workmanship. I may not find out there are any issues until 1-2 years from now, outside of the workmanship warranty. That absolutely concerns me and I will not let that go, if it becomes an issue. The second concern with the crew is that they cut the yard sod out with the wrong measurements, so if I hadn't been very 'on top of it' and managing my own project at times, it would've been much worse than it ended up. Now I'm stuck with areas of my yard that are torn up and it didn't need to be that way. Again, fixable avoidable in the first place. They also measured some planter areas of the patio, resulting in having to redo parts of those areas because again, I caught it before they got too far along in the paver prep process. All that to say, you'd think attention to detail would be a core tenant of the System Pavers process and while it may be, I didn't..

This was the very best experience that I could have imagined. I appreciated Dan, Mike, William and his crew. Listened to what my wife and my requests were. They also gave sound advice to help beautify our yard. I would tell anybody thinking about having paving work done to System Pavers. My wife and I wished we had them pave our backyard because the quality of System Pavers was far superior!

The team at Systems Pavers are the experts. We have a very large driveway and a not-so-large budget. CC, the designer, and Jeremy, the project manager, worked through many design iterations with us to derive a plan that would improve the driveway and surrounding landscape, and also stay within budget. Once the project began, Jeremy updated us with the progress each day and didn’t hesitate to call with clarifying questions throughout. He also made suggestions, based on his experience, to resolve issues that were uncovered as the project progressed. When a wood post was exposed and found to be rotted, he suggested a resource that could repair the post within a day, which kept the paving project from halting while we would have struggled to schedule a repair person on our own. The entire crew, from start to finish was professional, patient, considerate, and always easy to work with. The project was estimated at 7-10 days and finished on time. The driveway looks amazing and the curb appeal of our property has improved dramatically.

System Pavers was fantastic right from the start! Recommended by our electrician who was recommended by our hot tub company, I felt confident that these were the guys to go to. Definitely not disappointed! Kirk began with us to help us develop a design and to understand the process. Mark picked up where Kirk left off to help make it a smooth process all around. The workers that actually did the installation of the pavers were incredible, highly skilled, polite, and thorough. On their final day they left the backyard in great shape along with our beautiful new patio. It was important to us that not only was the pavers done well but also that it provided a sound foundation for our new hot tub Fully confident that this has been accomplished and can't wait to use it soon!!!

We have had our share of contractors in the years we’ve owned our home but the Team that designed and built our incredible backyard was the best experience we’ve ever had! Mike (sales/design) came the day I reached out and designed our dream backyard, combining pavers, artificial turf, and lights to create a space for our family to enjoy for years without the hassle and maintenance of grass and a wooden deck (what we had at the time). Kayla (project coordinator) was in touch within days and was very responsive in keeping the project moving and coordinating every step. Travis (project manager) made frequent visits during construction to answer questions and make sure we were happy with every progressive step towards completion. The most impressive team was Obie’s team of skilled, dedicated workers who were often there from sun up to sun down! They were professional, respectful of our neighbors, detail oriented, and delivered a superior result through their hard work and dedication. Couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I just moved into a brand new home and wanted to create a really special back yard space. The designer, Isaac, worked with us to make our concept into a fully functioning design and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Mark made sure our project ran smoothly, running as a point of contact through the installation. Alejandro did excellent work on the project and worked with my husband over the phone and video to make sure he could check in on the project even though he had to be away from the house at work. We are very pleased with our project and would use this company again.

I would like to give an honest and comprehensive review about System Pavers. Recently I decided to hire this company to remodel my back patio. As you can see in the pictures attached, the workers left so many construction wastes in my back yard, especially around my roses and fruit trees. In addition, the sanding was left unfinished and it was nothing but a mess. The project manager is the biggest scammer I have ever met. On the last day of my project, he called me and asked me if I could sign the Certification of completion form before the final walk so that the financing company can release the fund to them. I was very innocent to sign it right away. After that he promised to meet with me to finish the final walk TWICE but he never showed up on either appointment with absolutely no phone calls or messages left. It is such a shame that the company claimed they have a 25-year warranty on their pavers, but they could not even supervise their employees to responsibly finish a project in the right way in the first place. It's been more than 30 days since my project was considered as "completed", I tried to contact the management of this company before writing this review, but it seems like no one cares. That's fine. In conclusion, I was taken, but you should be aware. Your money don't grow from trees. Save yourself a nightmare and go somewhere else to find a legitimate contractor is my ultimate advice to everyone who reads this review. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures in the advertisement, the reality is in my attachment. The visual results of my project is the best 3D simulation of your future back yard if you still decide to hire System Pavers. Workmanship is important, but attitude matters the most.

System pavers just completed the second project we have had them do. It turned out better than expected, great workmanship and they started the job a month ahead of time too! They aren’t the cheapest company out there but they do a quality job. Next project I will be calling them again.

We just finished our front yard project with SystemPavers. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Beth helped us create a vision for our home front. Then, Jeremy arrived with an outstanding crew to prep and lay the beautiful pavers. The job was completed quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Prior to the start, we ran into a supply chain problem. Instead off waiting weeks for the needed pavers, Jeremy got on the phone. He found the pavers needed in a few days. We started on time ! Luis and Alex added to our original design with excellent lines and curves, precise paver installation, and outstanding turf application. Jeremy brought us home ahead of schedule by navigating sourcing problems and numerous challenges presented by our yard. He wrestled all the issues to give us our dream front yard. It was expensive, but we got what we paid for. We highly recommend Jeremy, Beth, and the crews off SystemPavers.

The team at System Pavers just completed our backyard project. I want to personally thank Juan Garcia (Project and Construction Manager), Kayla Vaughn (Project Coordinator), and Luis Ramirez (Contruction Crew Member). They arrived "on time", worked very hard all day, and finished "on time." And, watching them work throughout the day, they enjoyed each other - laughing and teasing while never slowing down all day. The finished product is beautiful!

We recently moved to Texas and needed landscaping for the backyard of our new home. I contacted System Pavers and they constructed two patios with a walkway and lights. They also covered about 1/4 of our 1 acre lot with artificial turf. The result is awesome. I’d also like to thank Jason Ikner, Miller Petty and Kayla Vaughn for their professionalism and attention to details. They were efficient and always pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend System Pavers and I’ll certainly use them again for any future projects.

System Paver Rancho Cordova has sent me an email to ask me review my experience with them. So here it is. After using them two years ago on another project I contacted them in April of 2021 to do a new house back yard. We got a quote that was almost as high as the previous house with a much larger yard and although they charge a premium compared to the area I felt the project management would be worth the extra 15-20k they charge. The job was supposed to start in June. after waiting months for the job to start we were told first they wanted us to rip our AC unit’s out for access or they would charge a lot more $$. Going into summer 100 degree heat we said absolutely not. We agreed that if we could negotiate with out neighbors to remove the fence that would be sufficient We still had to absorb the extra cost of the fence but agreed to that plan. They were to start the job while we were away for three weeks as I work from home and can’t have construction noise. We ripped out the fence as we were leaving for three weeks leaving our yard completely open and exposed. we called confirm prior to taking the fence out and they never told us of any delay to the schedule. After we left they never showed up leaving and we didn’t know they weren’t coming until the day they were supposed to start. Not only did they not start June they didn’t show until September. From then on our it was one act of bafoonery after another from multiple days of them not showing up to not having the correct material to them repeatedly trying to add cost to our original quote to not completing the job to the rendering we signed off on. In the meantime the original project manager dumped the project and never communicated it with us and sent someone who had no idea what was going on to deal with all the mismanagement issues. They admitted multiple times the job wasn’t quoted right and the job was dumped on the new PM. At the end of the job we still were missing a wall on the rendering they signed off on, there was clear and obvious slope drainage issues that the PM even pointed out on the wall through and the installed lighting doesn’t work. After multiple calls and 6 weeks for the PM to follow up on the issues we get a notice that they put a mechanics lien on our house!!!!!!! You can’t get an owner or GM to call you or respond to mismanagement because they operate with a call center and give you the run around. So two jobs and over 100k this is the value of a System paver customer. Save yourself the tens of thousands of dollars in premium they charge and use a local company. If your going to get shoddy work and bad management it’s not worth paying a premium.

Joey and his crew were wonderful to work with. They made sure we were happy with the project from beginning to end. It was also amazing to watch this process...they were so meticulous about every square inch of the pavers installed. Joey was excellent at communication, as well. Highly recommend.

System Pavers did an outstanding job on our driveway/house approach & pathway project, from design all the way through to completion. When we were shopping around to upgrade our home front entryway from concrete to pavers we were glad to find System Pavers. The first appointment with Alex Saenz, the Design Consultant went on so smooth without any glitch. Alex is professional & very knowledgeable. Alex was on time for the presentation and he was very clear in communicating about the entire process, quality of workmanship, the time frame to start and finish the project including the guarantee offered by System Pavers. System Pavers were able to start the project well ahead of the estimated start time given by Alex Saenz. After signing the contract and about 10 days before the start date System Pavers assigned Tony Garcia as our Project Manager. Before the project start date, Tony Garcia visited the site for a walk through to make sure we all were on the same page on the work contract, design process and expectations. Tony was very professional & knowledgeable too. Tony also offered to lay a drain line to connect to the main drain system to prevent water stagnation. Tony was in constant touch with us updating us about the process and progress. Tony visited the site almost every day to monitor the crew, work in progress and the quality of the workmanship. The given estimated number of days from start to finish was 10 days and Alex & Tony made sure the project was completed in 10 days, on time. After completing the project, Alex & Tony visited the site again for a walk through to make sure everything looked excellent and clean. The crew had to demolish the old concrete entryway and prep the entryway to install the pavers. The crew did a great job on clean up. Overall, System Pavers and their team were very professional, knowledgeable, customer service oriented with excellent communication skills. We would definitely consider System Pavers for any of our future home upgrade projects.

Overall Once the project got going, Project Manager Javier Rodriguez and his crew were extremely well coordinated and we were always kept up to date and fully informed of everything happening. Nothing happened that we did not approve in advance. Outstanding craftsmanship and finish. Minor changes we requested during construction were accommodated immediately, with no issues at all. Most impressively, Javier essentially helped us find a quality plumbing contractor and electrical contractor and even helped us to coordinate their work. He effectively served as the General Contractor going above and beyond his duties to ensure success and keep all of the work coordinated and moving forward efficiently. Javier Rodriguez's outstanding project management, knowledge and communication were outstanding. The finished product is also beautiful and exceeds our expectations. The project management and quality of the end product made System Pavers the right choice for us. How it works After you contact System Pavers, you will be contacted by a sales person (same as any such contractor or provider). The sales person’s job is to come out to your project location, meet with you, review your project, discuss alternatives, advise on paver systems and other improvements System Pavers can provide, advise on financing options, and (importantly) then close the deal. The sales person will use the typical tactics to try to close the deal. These include reviewing System Pavers’ contractor’s license status (you should look this up independently on your state’s contractors licensing board website) and superior bonding (System Pavers retained their $1M bonding from a prior large project where this was a contract requirement and they use this as a selling point – note that unless you have a very large value contract, you should never actually need to call on such a large bonding amount, and this is essentially a sales pitch). The salesperson will also share with you System Pavers’ warrantee which is good, but is generally limited to materials and workmanship – please read the warrantee carefully. It is similar to other warrantees in the industry. Note also that the salesperson will indicate that he/she can give you a “same day” discount if you sign the contract at that meeting. The discount is significant, and is designed to ensure you do not consider (or shop for) bids from others. In our case, we already had bids from two other contractors in-hand and so we did not need additional bids from others. System Pavers’ bid was not the cheapest, but was reasonable and the discount was helpful. We were also offered a 3-D design (to visualize the finished product) and the cost of this would be deducted from the final full price should we sign. We did not take advantage of this since we completed our own detailed design. Finally, we were offered 12-month interest free financing which we took advantage of. Our salesperson was Scott Issersohn.

System Pavers did an excellent job on our backyard. They were fast, efficient, and professional. They always stayed in touch with any updates and stayed on schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They are the best in the business.

A friend of mine used System Pavers and was really impressed by their work so we contacted them for our backyard transformation. We were moving into a brand new home and the backyard was just dirt. We have 3 small kids so we wanted the backyard done as quickly as possible to be able to utilize the outdoor space. Alex Saenz came out and did the consultation before we even got the keys to the new house. He helped us with the design and had everything ready so when we got the keys to the house they could get started as quickly as possible. Tony Garcia was the project manager. The communication with the team was easy and quick. Very accessible via text. Once the supplies were ready his crew came out and did the pavers in 1 day and the turf in 1.5 days! The patio looks fantastic! We had some unexpected grading challenges that came up into the project but they absorbed much of the cost! I never had to wait long for responses to any questions. Great job!

I had a drainage problem due to a hill along one side of my back yard. I also had problems getting anything to grow in a plant bed I had at the base of my deck stairs. Eveyone at System Pavers was courteous and professional. There was frequent communication from the initial meeting through the end of the project. The crew that dug out the hill and laid the patio were phenomenal. We had a heavy rain a few days after they completed the work and this time my back yard didn't get flooded and leave a muddy mess. I would definitely use them again.

Great job. Great crew. Only problem which isn’t really a problem is that we still have bricks in street in front of house. Again we will enjoy our new patio for years to come. Mike was especially helpful in answering questions and following up with us I am out of town returning on Friday and final payment will be made by us happy campers. Oh the head guy laying the pavers was given an real challenge in getting the steps made. He is a part of Mike’s team and together they do the company proud!!!

I chose them because they were clear on their communications, willing to work around other projects I needed at the same time, and open and honest about the quality of their products, and skill sets of their crew. The time between our first call and job completion was markedly impressive for a job that covered 80% of our property! We were struggling with our thoughts and options and after a quick visit, Theresa set in motion a few ideas, we agreed on a plan, and Dan with his team set in motion a whirlwind of activity, and the results are awesome! The cost was definitely high however, we had been struggling to gain any traction with the prior option, and their team took charge! No regrets, and no reservations with going back for any future work.

System Pavers did a very good job installing pavers in my driveway. The process was very smooth and transparent from the beginning to the end. One of the strong sides of System Pavers is excellent communication. Roger P., the designer assigned to the project was very responsive. We meet several times, once in person, then via Zoom and exchanged numerous emails. It took me a while to choose the pavers and Roger was always available to provide me with his opinion and advice. I'm very happy with the pavers he helped me choose. The driveway looks beautiful! Jeremy D., the project manager was very easy to work with. He was always available to answer my questions. When I noticed an issue with one area of the driveway after the pavers were installed, I immediately told Jeremy about my concern. The next morning the work crew showed up and repaved the affected area to fix the issue. There was no arguing, no questions asked. I was very pleased with how professionally they handled it. The crew was efficient too. The job was completed sooner than I expected. The workmanship was good but not exactly impeccable, especially in the light of the issue that was thankfully corrected. Given that System Pavers aren't cheap I expected perfection in all aspects, so I'm taking one star off. Tip: if you have any plants close to the driveway make sure to explicitly discuss whether they're going to be removed to avoid any surprises. Overall I recommend doing business with System Pavers.

We called to get a quote on a new turf lawn, got a return call within a day, a design consultation from Beth within 3 days, and during the consultation we discussed a holistic view of the space and ended up deciding to move forward with one of our "pipeline dream" ideas because it was so affordable! Jeremy and team were extremely respectful of our space & time, I got a timeline for when they would be in the yard which was adhered to so that we could plan some "breaks" for our dog which was remarkably helpful. Probably not a normal offering, but Beth, our design consultant, had also been working with another client in our area, and connected us so that we could get some really quality backyard kid furniture that they had mentioned to Beth that they were trying to off load them somewhere. It meant a lot that Beth not only listened to us and noticed our area's uses, but was really thoughtful in all her clients' needs.

I am pleased to be writing this review today. A brief history of my previous experience in trying to get this project done. I literally met with and interviewed up to 10 companies or individuals for this backyard project. Every one of them came in at a price I was not happy with and designs that were really not on point. I received a flyer in the mail about a discount sale happening with System Pavers. I had heard of them, was reluctant, but thought I had nothing to lose by just having them come meet with me. In all sincerity, it was the best, unexpected event to come my way in some time. Darryl McMillan was the sales rep as well as the designer. I had looked at many designs, but this man sat down right there and then and came up with a conceptual drawing that was unparalleled to all those others and it hit all the boxes for me. Darryl's skills impressed me. Fast, effective, personable and on many occasions walked me though things giving up of his time, again and again....and again. The quote came in under those of all others. I agreed to move forward. Then came the construction. Jeremy Durfee was the lead. He was prompt, profession, personable and an effect leader for his team. The work moved along like clockwork. I hit a concern in the middle of the project and it was addressed and corrected promptly. They finished this project in warp speed. As things moved forward I realized I needed additional work done. Jeremy promised me he would be there through the whole project if that was desired. I again sought another bid, only to come back to Jeremy (why did I not do that to begin with?!) He responded to my deadline desires and demonstrated consideration for the needs of his customers and his team. He, like Darryl, is a true professional. I see them as a well oiled team. In fact, I was at a neighborhood party last Friday evening (this is all true) and my neighbor leaned over to say he watched from the widow of his home office and saw my project going up. He said the teamwork was remarkable and the speed it went up was impressive. Additionally, though, he added much to my pleasure, " it looks fantastic, it is really beautiful." Naturally I gave them the name of System Pavers. He just bought his home and will likely be doing some backyard work! I advised him to choose these guys. Who wouldn't? I would give more stars if I could! Robert provided all of the information we needed to make a decision, including making some key suggestions that made the difference in the final design. I love the CAD before and after photos, which helped us make our design decision. Jeremy and his crew were the best! Their worksmanship was excellent, they were very friendly, and they completed the job very quickly. And then they cleaned up everything in the yard and put back everything they had moved. We absolutely love our new backyard space!

I recently renovated my backyard and used System pavers to do the job. I am extremely happy with the project outcome. System Pavers is one of the top notch company to work with. Their people truly belief is getting the best results and making sure the customer is fully satisfied. My first engagement began with Scott Issersohn. He was extremely thorough and made sure that he understood my requirements well and suggested possible options that I may have. He was patient, detail oriented and thorough. He was flexible around my timing and availability. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and commit to them. He came multiple times to ensure that he has the slightest detail noted down. I enjoyed my project discussions with Scott. He is great. After I made the decision to go ahead with System pavers and everything was decided, Scott transitioned it to Javier Rodriguez. He was the project manager for my project. The transition was very smooth. Javier went out of his way to make sure there are no gaps in understanding of what I want. He was thorough, detail oriented and very professional. He went out of the way to make sure the project is implemented just the way I had envisioned it. In my project there were additional work ( like electrical, Gazebo and gas line for fire pit) that was being done by people outside of System Pavers. Javier coordinated with all of those people after I had finalized who will be doing those work. I didn't have to do anything. Javier took care of everything. I feel very fortunate to have had Javier as the Project Manager for my project. It doesn't get any better. Javier is the best person you can ask for. I made the right decision to hire system pavers for my project and was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Scott and Javier. They are both awesome and System Pavers is lucky to have them. I would highly recommend System Pavers.

Excellent crew and knew their product and how to install to fit the project. Work site was always kept clean and neat.

Have heard the ads for years and finally decided to call and just get a quote. Joe the salesman was respectful and knew about the products and what would look best around our home. Start to finish the project was completed in one week. Derek the jobsite foreman was on top of the whole thing and made sure everything looked beautiful. We have hard adobe and I felt so sorry for the workers having to dig in that but they worked hard and made everything level and drain properly. We got a herring bone look and it actually makes our small back yard look big. Will recommend this company to anyone.

System Pavers provided us a beautiful driveway and an excellent experience from begin to completion. Nate provided us a good presentation and guidance with the stone color pavers we picked. We were kept in touch with the job start date and Nick provided oversight of the work. The real kudos goes to Delmar and his crew who came to the job with every conceivable power tool and excavation tractor. They dismantled our old concrete driveway and put new crush rock for the foundation of the pavers. The area was compacted and graded carefully so water would run off to our sump pump. Unfortunately, our garage is lower than the street level so water needs to be moved away from the house. Pavers were put on with a concrete perimeter. I was truly impressed with the precision of this job. When it was done, my neighbor next door (a former commercial concrete foreman) said, “The best job he's ever seen”. I know reviews tend to be either all good or all bad... I am giving them 5 stars because they did do a great job. Like any job that is big like this, there are always little things you work with and find and adapt too and so its not like some magic experience, it was like any other construction project. There were issues, questions, small decisions that needed to be corrected... but in all this, they were friendly, honest and made the work that needed to be done. They even helped me move my spa into the right place... they really are good people from sales to the crew... so if you are looking for solid work, with honest people... these are you the people.

I found system pavers through my Dad who had his driveway redone with paver stones and looked great. Due to their previous workmanship, I had them give a quote for my home. I had systems pavers do artificial turf in my front yard and paver stones in the back yard. They did a wonderful job. I got a fair price for excellent workmanship and quality. Alex Paez and his team onsite were able to bring my vision of my how I wanted my outdoor landscaping to light. they were responsive to my input and proactive in troubleshooting problems that always occur during these type of big renovations. In the matter of a few weeks we went from a backyard wasteland full of cracked concrete, broken irrigation lines, a patio that would never drain right to a masterpiece worth being proud of. We hired System Pavers to hardscape our backyard on our brand new forever home. The project was $80,000. They did a fantastic job! Chrys Hoffman was a very experienced designer who made extra trips to ensure that project worked for me and my wife and that everyone was on the same page. Nick Padilla was the project foreman and also did an outstanding job. When we needed the bore holes in our 3-column fountain enlarged to accommodate a night lighting kit, Nick stepped up and made it happen for us. Talk about out of scope! System Pavers was good at managing expectations. They never nickle-and-dimed us. At times they even made very helpful suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of and which meant extra work for them. System Pavers also recommended a general contractor named Mohsen Esfahani for those parts of the project that were not part of System Pavers core business. Mohsen was very experienced, very easy to work with and fair in his pricing. A big thanks to Chrys Hoffman, Nick Padiall, Mohsen Esfahani, Angel, Roberto, and all the other guys on the team for a tremendous job!

My journey started two years ago when I had this grand idea of what I was going to do with my front and back yard (which were a complete mess). As time went on, the ideas changed quite a bit. It required three separate visits from Heidi and a lot of last minute changes, but I finally came to a design I liked, paid for it, and it was done. I was a difficult customer but everyone at System Pavers was professional and patient with me as we went through the process. Luis was a great project manager. He kept me up to date, answered all my questions, and made sure every issue I brought up was addressed. The project came out perfect and I am 100% happy with the outcome. They are a bit pricey, but there is no point in trying to cut costs when you are doing a big project like this to your house or yard.

My wife and I could not be happier with our project from System Pavers. Estella, our project manager, was absolutely a joy to work with. She arrived exactly when she said she would and she was accessible and responsive throughout the project. Everything turned out exactly as promised. We also cannot say enough wonderful things about the construction crew. What an amazing group of human beings. Honestly, we have never seen anyone work as hard and fast as this team. They began removing nearly 1500 sq ft of concrete and replaced the area with pavers and a new fire pit in our courtyard and had the entire job completed in 5 days. They were attentive to every detail and after everyday of work they left the work area clean and organized. We're very happy with the final outcome of the new driveway, and front walk. I agree it was a bit on the pricey side, but this is a quality job. We had a few SNAFU’s (as with all projects), but Javiar was in regular communication, and corrected all concerns quickly. On the last day of work, he came and personally cleaned up the curbside, gave a final look over, and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the project. We love our front yard, it really looks great. Very professional work! We’re looking forward to many years of enjoying this job well done. Highly recommended.

We were extremely happy with the outcome of System Pavers work as well as the organization in general as a group of professionals from project management to the men and women working in the field. We were also pleased with the in-house ability that System Pavers has with their licensed Landscape Architect, Patrick Penticoff who provided a 2D layout and 3D rendering that was brought to life by Project Manager Javier Rodriguez and Sales Manager / Design Consultant Mark Wendel. Our front yard was quite an undertaking. It had little landscaping to begin with, and then was ignored for over five years, so had become a huge overgrown mess. System Pavers was quick to respond to our inquiry. We ultimately decided to go with them over other options because of their professionalism, design, and overall package (online payments and customer portal, 25 year guarantee, designer and project manager, etc.) Our designer, Maggie Clark, could not be a sweeter person. I felt like she genuinely cared about the improvement to my mental health by getting our yard done. She instantly knew what I had envisioned and her landscape plan was a near copy to what I had pictured like she ripped it straight from my brain. We ended up making some minor changes which were super easy to do. Our Project Manager, Nick Padilla, was amazing. Professional, approachable, and invested. He came everyday to check on the installation crew and had them adjust things if they didn't match his standard. T

I highly recommend the team at System Pavers. We had an unusable back patio and it now is an oasis. Their installation services were excellent. They were unable to drive a small tractor to our back patio, so they broke up and removed our 4" thick patio by hand. Last, they installed a sophisticated drainage system that directs all water away from our home. All in all, an A+ team.

Professional, reliable company. I had pavers, turf and a drip system installed in my front and back yard. They were great with adjusting the design and then quick with installation. The project manager moved away during my project but his replacement stepped right in easily and got the job done! I had to call once for a repair and had a quick, courteous response. Hired System Pavers to replace a failed 80 ft long 4 ft high redwood retaining wall along the property line in my backyard. System Pavers installed an allan block wall eliminating the need for several costly 6ft deep piers. Plus the stone does not deteriorate and will outlive me. Scott Issersohn was my salesman put together an affordable project and financing package. Scott was pleasant and easy to work with Gabriel Duran was the project manager for my job. He was professional, friendly and easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way through the project including the 1 month they had to shut down operations due to the pandemic. In the end, my project was completed ahead of schedule and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend System Pavers for landscaping needs.

System Pavers did an incredible job on our driveway and side path. We did a consultation via Zoom, had a few more conversations, they provided a proposal that included some great financing options, we decided to move forward, we then Docusigned the agreement, scheduled for installation. The workers did some hard work of removing the roots from under the previous driveway. Then began the process of putting in the pavers. It was very hot on the days they worked, but they got it all done and it is very beautiful. We highly recommend System Pavers.

We had a fairly big job, and our project manager, Mike, has taken it all in stride. Nate put together a great design, but with such a large project we ended up calling a few audibles, like deciding we needed a more solid border on the lower pathway and on where exactly to put the water feature to make it flow nicely with the stairs. It all came out great, and our backyard looks awesome.

When we started the project with System Pavers, we had an idea as to what we wanted the overall look to be. He came up with some really good ideas and did not pressure us to make our decisions right away or sign a contract before we were ready. In the backyard, we significantly altered the footprint of our patio (increased the size by over 50%) and the walkways around the yard. Jeff’s ideas really added to the eye appeal and usefulness of the hardscape. Our project manager, Ryan Mainwaring, came to our house the day before work was to start and explained how the project would proceed, and what we could expect. Once work started, he came by every day to assess progress, check that the work was within specifications and make suggestions for improvements. He was informative, and like Jeff, he came up with some great ideas to add some classy dimensions to the project. Ryan told us the project would take 3 – 4 weeks, but it was actually completed in just under three weeks. We noticed a few flaws and pointed them out to Ryan. He had them fixed to our satisfaction within two days. Prior to starting the project, we got quotes from another paving stone company. System Pavers was a bit more expensive, but I believe the quality of workmanship and professionalism made the added expense worth it. Jeff had so many good ideas and was able to show us (with his computer software) what the completed project would look like, whereas the other sales representative only followed our suggestions, offering no ideas for improvement. We looked at numerous completed jobs from the other contractor and noted that the work product appeared substandard. I have no regrets that we paid extra to have System perform the work. I highly recommend System Pavers for outdoor remodeling projects. Their staff is efficient, courteous and professional, and their work product is superb. Thank you for a job well done!

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience with both Jon (design) and Ryan (project manager). They were both very professional, friendly, and thorough. Jon took the time to show us different paver styles and colors through their extensive showroom while Ryan touched base with us daily during the project to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that we were staying on track. While they can seem costly at first I will say you get what you pay for, meaning the service and quality of work was exceptional. The system came with drainage, pass through piping for future electrical, and it solved our courtyard flooding issue. We also have a 25-year warranty that is transferable if we decide to sell the home! Would strongly recommend their services if you are looking to upgrade the outdoor living spaces of your home and add some value.

We’re happy with the work that System Pavers did to our front porch and side/backyard. They are a bit on the pricey side, however, they do have a 25year warranty to back up their quality work. To start with, Chris, our design consultant, was very patient with us in trying to ensure we get a good design that we would be happy with and work with our finances. Then, they were able to schedule us as soon as possible for the commencement of the project. Next, the workers were pretty efficient in their job and finished the work in two days. They came to our house early and started working from 630am till 5pm and cleaned up every day after the work was performed. The project manager, Cory, went above and beyond and assured that everything goes well with the project. We almost ran into an issue with one of our side gates, but they were able to make it work with no extra cost on us. Overall, we are happy with the result, and hopefully, in the near future, we’d be able to use them again to completely pave our front walkways and driveways!

This is the second major project we have had completed with System Pavers, and are extremely happy with the end result just like the first time. We were able to articulate a plan with our design consultant, Paulo, and that plan came to fruition with the expert advice and skill with our project manager, Kyle and his work crew supervised by Rafael. While there were some unforseen obstacles through no fault of System Pavers, viable solutions were proposed by the team with transparency and professionalism. The work crew arrived on time each morning and were courteous while working very hard.

System Pavers installed pavers in our driveway, walkway, planter curb, and stepped entry. From the initial meetings to review the scope of work, selecting the pavers and border, the demolition, and installation of the paver system, everyone we worked with was professional, experienced, and knew the product line. These people are builders not salesmen! This was a big investment for us so we asked lots of questions through the entire process and everyone was patient and took the time to answer our questions and concerns. Sam Salcedo was our Project Manager and he demonstrated a thorough knowledge of construction and the paver installation process. He came by the house every day to make sure the project was on time and progressing efficiently. He took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of the work and always asked if we had any questions or concerns. He met with the crew each and every day to go over the project and to resolve any open items or conflicts. The 2-man crew was amazing! They arrived on time and worked a full and productive day. They cleaned up the area at the end of each day and secured their materials and equipment. They were conscientious, polite, and professional. They really are craftsmen and know their trade. He listened and took care of all our concerns during the construction and addressed them with the construction team. Because of Wade, we know that we can trust System Pavers. He is truly a gem for their company. And then we met Luis Paez who is our construction manager. He was on time, very patient, professional and when we did our final walkthrough, he explained to me the warranties and gave me ideas on how to take care of the installed pavers. Our experience with them from start to finish was excellent and overall we can't say enough about how happy we are with System Pavers. We’re so glad and thankful that we chose them. System Pavers (SP) salesperson/designer Jon Barlock measured the area for installation of a paved walkway. He provided a firm estimate, the web sites of two paving stone manufacturers, addresses of two nearby installations and, on request, a sample contract. The SP web site also has many images of installations and stone styles. After we tentatively chose a stone style, SP left a sample of the stones for us to confirm our choice. Next Corey James, crew chief and craftsman came for a preliminary site survey. On the chosen day a crew with materials and tools, paving stones and a portable toilet all arrived. Corey made some real-time adjustments to the installation to better accommodate my use of a walker. The crew was polite and careful, completed the 300-square-foot installation in one day and cleaned up. Corey returned a few days later for a final inspection, and not until then collected the final payment. The walkway looks really good.

I needed to do a major renovation to our backyard that was in desperate need of a makeover. From the moment I called to make an appointment for a quote, I got Lorinc who helped with the design phase to bring to life our image of what we wanted our backyard to look like. They provided us with the Pavers, BBQ Grill and Island, Electrical, Plumbing, Pergola for our project. I never had to worry about anything. From there on, we were assigned with Alex Paez as our Project Mgr who is just simply amazing!!! he kept us updated throughout the entire process, always checking in, available to help answer our questions and very flexible and accommodating with anything that we needed. Because of Alex Paez, this experience was the best we could of ever hoped for. He's like family now, which is a great feeling when your putting your trust into someone you don't know. We had a great experience with System Pavers. From start to finish, their team made the process extremely easy for us. They helped us with suggestions on design, color, pattern etc. We are extremely happy with how the project turned out. The crew worked very quickly and were very courteous and professional. Plus they did outstanding work. They constructed a patio extension, firepit platform, two walkways and an extension t from our side yard to our driveway. In all, it was approximately 1,000 square feet of pavers. I would highly recommend System Pavers to anyone interested in having high quality work done. Our aging and dry rotting deck needed to be replaced. I chose System Pavers but had several concerns about the impact on our property and budget after the contract was signed. We didn't know what would be discovered during demolition or how long it would take. Javier Rodriguez, the assigned System Pavers project manager, got his crew on site early and completed the demolition in one day. They were very organized and respectful. He discussed what they were discovering all along and shared aspects of how the crew would make the design fit the ground conditions revealed after demolition. An AC unit move and unforeseen electrical line issue was part of the overall project. That involved a HVAC company I had to contract with separately. That company had no project manager equivalent to Javier so I had to work with them to ensure they would communicate with Pavers and me. Javier took the lead with them in way we really appreciated; making sure that they knew to bury electrical lines to Pavers and county standards, modifying their SOW so there were no surprises, managing through delays caused by the county inspectors right up to slightly modifying the patio to fit the AC unit pad. Javier was fully prepared for dealing with county, another contractor and the delays no one could have anticipated until after demolition. He gave my wife and I a level of comfort from end to end that cannot be overstated or under-appreciated for a project like this

Called up system pavers to do about 1600 sqft if paving work, which included demolition, drain installation, and a Pergola. They finished in two weeks. Craftsmanship was spectacular. Neighbors are envious. Thanks System Pavers! Sam did a great job managing the project. Tommy

Gracias to Wade, Randy, Luis and System Pavers! They had the ability to understand, design, trouble-shoot, problem solve and successfully complete our large and ever changing project. The goal was to update our home's 40 year old façade and front patio, by eliminating all level changes and steps. We had over 2,000 square feet of pavers installed, and 2 walls constructed: a 5 foot tall wall, /17 feet long, and a 2 foot tall wall, 40 feet long; also built a large fire pit and eliminated all level changes and steps. The entire project had to facilitate wheel chair access for our daughter Ariana. Wade was always there for us to answer questions, offer advice and problem solve. His recommendation to utilize Juan, Gabriel, David and Carlos from Alfaro Construction as our General Contractor was key to our projects' success. In the last five years this is the second opportunity we have had to work with Randy and Wade of System Pavers and we are extremely pleased. This company lives up to its word, obligations and warranty. They solve problems without being asked, service their work professionally, and always offer up workable solutions. We will take a break for a few months and then ask Wade of System Pavers and Juan of Alfaro Construction if they will assist us in remodeling our back yard.

We just had our backyard landscaped and it is positively beautiful! They delivered a quality product as promised. Our project manager, BK Ammenwerth, kept us informed every step of the way and even sent us update pictures so we could see the progress even when we were out of town. Our crew foreman was right of top of everything and made sure there was steady progress being made, despite delays for rainy days. Our water feature was absolutely perfect! Julio paid great attention to detail and the result was a perfectly structured waterfall with autofill, remote and even an app to play with the colors. Jon Barlok our design consultant came out to quote the cost of our deck project. He gave us such a good price, we couldn't say no. I didn't even know you could do a raised deck out of pavers. I was going to go with composite decking because my husband wanted low maintenance. But to be honest, I wasn't that enthused. I thought to reach out to System Pavers as they had put pavers on our driveway back in 2004. If anyone could do a paver deck, I figured they could. Ryan Mainwaring was our project manager and was consistently in contact with me. He was even kind enough to bring 3 huge pavers to the house that I might use the color for rail and shade selections. The crew of about four were here every day until the project was completed. The job took five days. They cleaned up after themselves each day. The deck is a nice addition to our home. Believe it or not the project took me two years to research. Starting with ipe, then to composite decking and finally to stone pavers. I am very happy with the deck. I only wish it hadn't taken me so long to get here.

We recently hired System Pavers to design and construct a front yard remodel at our home in Yorba Linda. Admittedly, we had a general idea of what we wanted to do but were clueless on how to implement that idea from dream to reality. Thank goodness we found System. Pavers! We were so impressed with how they stared by asking us general questions (complete with pictures) about our likes and dislikes in terms of aesthetics, materials and architectural features. Armed with the answers to these generic questions, our design consultant (Andrew Conlisk) went to work on preparing our design. We were particularly impressed by how Andrew took our information and prepared a beautiful conceptual plan for our yard. Andrew was quick to respond to our questions and guided us through the design process flawlessly. We were also pleased that the design was done "free of charge" as other companies wanted us to shell out $1,500 just for the design! Having the plans was also helpful in securing the necessary approvals from our HOA architectual committee. When it came time to take the plans from concept to realty, we were assigned Ryan Mainwaring as our Project Manager. Like Andrew, Ryan was also amazing. He walked the job site with us, answered all our questions and suggested slight modifications to our original design based on the layout and topography of our yard. All of Ryan's suggestions were spot-on and we happily agreed to them. Ryan was on the job site nearly every day during demolition and construction and was a great resource to explain what would be done on any given day. I can't say enough good things about him! I'd be remiss not to include a mention of Oscar and his crew who actually performed most of the labor on our job. Oscar is an artist when it comes to masonry and related hardscape construction. They always cleaned up at the end of every day and didn't seem to mind my wife and I coming out to "see" (and marvel at) their progress. In short, if you want great quality work at an affordable price (not the least expensive out our qualified bidders, but not the most expensive either), then I highly recommend you consider System Pavers for your landscape/hardscape project.

From the very start of the project to its completion, everyone involved has been absolutely wonderful. This was the year that we wanted to replace all the hardscape and driveway in our front yard. We contacted System Paver, and Byron got back to us same day. He was on time, and very helpful. He brought a large portfolio of jobs, so we could see the types of layouts available. We got the design done, and decided to proceed with the job. At the "Walk Through", on site, before start of the job, both Byron and the Ryan (project manager) were there. They marked the new lines out on our yard so we could better visualize the way the job would look. We made several changes that Byron added to the plans. Start of job was about a week later, and took just shy of a week to finish. The team of guys that did the job were outstanding, very hard workers, who graciously took our input, and made adjustments as the pavers were put down. The result is a front yard that I am very happy with, and I would recommend System Pavers to my friends whole heartedly. Now, we have to add landscape

System Pavers has converted our ugly looking lawn , yard covered with washed away and faded mulch into beautiful usable backyard. I had got multiple quotes for the job but based on good customer feedbacks, reputation of systems pavers we have asked SP to do our yard . Right from day 1 of conversation both Nick and Lucas were responsive and they were just a text message away . They have made sure all questions , concerns are answered before any work was done . We considered hardscaping our aging back yard and pool area for some time. System Pavers was one of the top of our list from my search. After we met a System Pavers rep at a commercial fair and discussed some of the aspects of what we wanted, I contacted them for an interview and evaluation. Patrick (Designer) came to our house fully prepared, discussed our desires, measured, took pictures, and came up with a preliminary plan. Upon signing contracts, our system project manager, Derek, met with us at our house to view what was needed. A contractor team led by Alex began work on a mutual date. What these guys did was nothing short of amazing. From the demo to the final stages of setting pavers, their meticulous work shined through. Derek kept in contact throughout the work visiting us several times to review things with me and Alex. As expected we had to make some adjustments during the project discovering piping and existing decking. Alex's team of hard workers were courteous and friendly working tirelessly each day with the utmost attention to details and total respect for our property. From beginning to end, our System Pavers team was accommodating - working with us to every detail (including budget) to an absolutely gorgeous end-product.
