“Roberto Usubillaga, President of C4 Orion Construction, is a very knowledgeable, experienced contractor who more than fulfilled his contract with us. We reside on the west coast, but have a condo in Miami which was in dire need of a remodel, With the pandemic, travel was restricted, so we did the entire remodel via telephone and video apps. We relied on our contractor to do all the leg work from obtaining permits, shopping, purchasing, delivery of materials -- everything necessary for the remodel. He was patient, informative, reliable and provided excellent service and workmanship. Above all, he and his employees were trustworthy. My husband and I highly recommend C4 Orion Construction for this type of construction project.”

“I loved working with Josh and the Rockers team. They were professional, courteous and punctual, a nearly impossible trifecta in Miami. My project was small, a short garden path. From their stone yard, a place I long to visit, they brought gorgeous oolitic stone (our local rock) repurposed from the grounds of nearby Italianate mansion, Vizcaya. It called out for a bench, so Josh helped me create a simple one within budget. Hopefully there will be more stone projects in my future, and I will call Rockers. My garden path was hardly a test of their ability- which is evident in the many, beautiful projects they have done in the area.”
