The owners installed a new Pennsylvania Blue Stone patio and added ten large boulders to the landscaping in our back yard. They were very professional, on-time, hard working and fair. They are experienced and did the work themselves (no subs or unskilled labor). Easy to work with and I LOVED the finished project. I highly recommended them.

I had a flood in my downstairs, and had a couple of crumbling patios. Joey of Univeral Landscape came out and helped us plan a drainage line and two beautiful stone patios to protect our house and make it look amazing. We are not great designers, but Joey took our general ideas and made them into a fantastic reality. His crew was fast and professional, they worked quickly and were careful with our plantings. We could not have been happier!

We hired ULC after admiring the work done on a neighbor’s yard. Our house was a new build with very little landscaping in the back. ULC installed a sprinkling system, set bushes around the perimeter of a retaining wall, put in lawn, and created a fabulous rock garden-stairs down a steep slope. We hired ULC again the next summer and they are in the process of creating a small patio/garden area in the lower part of the yard. The work always turns out 100 times better than what I envisioned. I highly recommend this company.

Randy and Joey did a great job landscaping my yard. It was a huge undertaking. They removed an old concrete patio, steps and walk way. Installed a 52 ft concrete retaining wall. Installed over 2200 sq ft of permeable pavers and too many plants and shrubs to count. Randy was awesome to collaborate with on the design. The crew was friendly and courteous. They cleaned up everyday. I was so happy with the work that I had them keep doing more than my original plan. I will have them back to do more as my budget allows.

Universal tore out my old deck and replaced it with a slap stone patio. It is beautiful. They worked to match the rest of my landscaping, as well as repaired dry rot on the siding where the old deck was. I was so pleased that I had them also replace the old wood on my porch with a composite decking product. It looks great. They were very professional and their work was of the highest quality. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Universal Landscape did a fantastic job building a 170 ft rockery down our driveway; going above and beyond what we had expected them to do. They had all the right equipment needed, showed up on time and worked hard all day. Their craftsmanship was great. They also offered planting advise for the future for when we get ready to finish other areas of our yard. Very accommodating to changes we made as we went along. Will use them again!

For perspective, I am a homeowner that served as my own general contractor on a whole-house-remodel. I have hired and fired many contractors. Universal is one of the top contractors I've ever worked with. They take pride in their work, they are masters of their trade, they work with me on details large and small before, during, and after the job, and deliver an end result that exceeds my expectations. Their bids are competitive, they are honest, hard-working, a pleasure to have on-site, and bring an artistic/design element that results in the outcome being better than I had planned every time.
