Xavier Pavers does amazing work! They cleared our yard, installed retaining walls and paver stairs, regraded and mulched it. Not only were my wife and I impressed with their work, the entire neighborhood has commented on how good the yard looks. They showed up daily and on time. They worked no matter the weather (in March/April). Also, they swept the driveway, sidewalk, and street at the end of every work day. They were kept the site clean and they were very professional with all aspects of the project. We will definitely hire them again as we continue to overhaul our property.

I hired Xavier Pavers for a project involving new paver installation, as well as the repair and cleaning/coating of existing pavers. The installation of the new pavers was ok and they have held up well after three months (I will keep observing). However, the quality of work on my existing pavers was poor. I was charged over $16k for my project, with $2,000 for specific work that included repairing two sunken areas, power washing, sanding, and coating a 400+ sq. ft. patio. Despite the installer's assurance that two specific sunken areas were repaired, I observed water pooling in one area after the rainy season began. Also, the sanding was done really poor on the old patio, you can easily see sands spreading across the patio area and being coated, which looks dirty. I contacted the contractor to return and fix the issue, but he was resistant and provided multiple excuses. He initially claimed that area wasn't part of the repair scope and they do not provide warranty for old patios, then cited being busy during the holiday season as a reason for not having a solution within a week. Their communication was not easy during the project, and they continue to be challenging to negotiate with post-completion. I have since revoked my prior recommendations for this company to my friends of real estate agents until the work is properly completed.

TL;DR version - Highly recommend Xavier Pavers for any paver/retaining wall project. I can't say enough good things about the transformation Xavier Pavers made to our back yard. What was a broken concrete patio and moss covered paths is now a beautiful paver patio and walkways with a curved retaining wall to add a nice flair. From the first outreach to completion, it was a pleasure working with Darcimar and his team. I really appreciated that Darcimar didn't speak down to us when walking through the scope we had in mind but pointed out potential problems and suggested mitigation measures. During the project, his team was always on time and worked diligently to complete the work. We made a few changes during the project and they executed flawlessly. Vagner, the foreman on site, is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. What was impressive was also that the team cleaned up at the end of every single day, sweeping and washing all the dust off our driveway and the road. The project was completed on time and we are very happy with the way it turned out. A well deserved five stars to Xavier Pavers.

Xavier Pavers did an impressive job transforming our backyard by removing the grass and installing beautiful pavers. The quality matched the sample images and advertisements provided by Darcimar. This was a significant project involving grass and turf removal, as well as laying new stonework. Every day, the team ensured the driveway was clean after their work, which kept our garage area tidy throughout the project. Darcimar and his crew did a great job for us! A few things: 1. Darcimar is very calm - during a hectic construction phase, he keeps calm even if little (or in our case, major) changes pop up. 2. Darcimar can solve problems. We had several changes - some were not our fault, and some were, but he was able to solve all of them. 3. Darcimar and his crew work very cleanly and nearly. They always clean up at the end of the day. His crew is respectful and kind. 4. Darcimar and his crew do solid work - from what I can see, they installed properly and to code - I am certain the work will last for a very long time. 5. Darcimar has a good eye. We spent quite a bit of money on a master plan, but during the project Darcimar will provide his input and his suggestions were much more in line with what we really wanted - we are thrilled with the final result. In conclusion, we have been burned by bad contractor experiences in the past but we count ourselves blessed to have worked with Xavier pavers. A fair price and quality work - we hope to have them over again for our next project.

Our project consisted of a paved walkway that went from our driveway in the front of our house to a sidewalk in our back yard. It was intended to proceed around the side of our house and to create a more desirable path over a stretch of ground that can get messy when it rains. The area covered by the new walkway is 256 sq ft. We wanted to use 2’ x 2’ concrete pavers to create a 4-foot wide path. Mr. Xavier visited us to see the jobsite and prepare an estimate. He was very responsive our needs and questions. He was prompt in submitting a cost estimate that was very reasonable and competitive. After we hired him, he was attentive to our project during its progress. Coordination of delivery of materials and commencement of work went smoothly. The crew of two who did the work were very courteous and professional. They worked like machines - very efficient, focused and hard working. Quality of the finished product was excellent. We are very pleased. We know this new walkway is a real asset to us in our daily life, and an enhancement to the value of our property. We would sincerely recommend Xavier Pavers to a prospective client if they need a referral.

As part of the whole house remodel, we wanted to completely re-do and extend two existing concrete patios and replace them with pavers. Being new to the Seattle area, we conducted an initial search and spoke with some landscapers who specialized in paving. Having talked with some and getting initial estimates, we were very pleased and impressed in talking with Darcimer, the owner of Xavier Pavers. He took a lot of interest in discussing with us our initial plan and was very diligent with detailed measurements for the new patios. He came back with a reasonable estimate, and we decided to contract with Xavier Pavers to get the job done; and we are very glad we did! Not only was Darcimer very knowledgeable in helping with the layout of the patios, but also discussed what we were interested in and showed us some ideas and samples. Right from the beginning all the way through installation, Darcimar communicated well and kept us well informed, and we are happy to say that everything went as planned. The project kicked-off as planned on time, and the lead paver and his partner (Vagner and Alberto) were just super and very pleasant people, very knowledgeable in paving and worked closely with us on the patio details. They worked hard to complete our project on time; a very professional job by the professionals of Xavier Pavers!
