“Janet at Timberlake Interiors helped me with several things when my husband and I bought a partially furnished house last spring. One huge problem I had was what to do with a very generic built-in book case that was about 20 feet long by 10 feet tall. Janet suggested a grass clothe wall paper for the backside of the bookcase to warm up the room and showcase the candles, sea shells, and glass pieces that she arranged which transformed the ugly bookcase wall to a beautiful and interesting focal piece! What a difference it made for the whole room!! She helped with furniture arrangement to comfortably "invite" traffic into the huge room--Another great solution for a huge problem for me. I was so pleased, that Janet then helped me with fabric selections to recover some older chairs and a sofa with pretty throw pillows that completely updated the look of the room without expensive renovations! In summary, I love her vision that doesn't blow a budget!”

“My family and I have lived in our home for over 15 years. I have been wanting to update several rooms for years but didn’t even know where to start. I had previously reached out to other designers but received very little response or interest. I saw Theresa’s post online detailing her services and decided to contact her on a whim. It was the best decision of 2019! Theresa called me within a few hours and we had an appointment within a few days. I am a total newbie to working with a designer of any kind - and do NOT have an artist eye myself. Through conversations with Theresa (and sharing of my many Pinterest boards), she was able to not only capture my “vision” - she enhanced it! Theresa was able to create my perfect living space, paying equal attention to all details big and small. Placement, color, shape, aesthetic and functionality were part of every decision that was made. What started out as remodeling my office turned into essentially redoing my entire first and second floor, including painting, floors, completely redoing my master bath, extending my existing closet into the closet of my dreams, several kitchen updates, new front door and redoing upstairs bathrooms. None of that includes handpicking all new furniture and accessories. Theresa not only did the designs, she also managed the contractor crew (due to some crazy circumstances, she went WAY above and beyond). It was a three month project with plenty of things that went smooth - and a few unexpected hiccups (I now know what custom glass shower panels shattering sound like!). BUT throughout it all, Theresa was calm, cool and collected. She was a pro and made sure I was comfortable and getting the house I had wanted for so long. I cannot say enough great things about my experience working with Theresa. She and her services are worth every penny. I love my house and am already starting to plan the next project (basement!).”

The best advice I can give someone is to let Kippie make the decisions for you. She knows what will appeal to buyers, and it can be challenging to not make decisions based on your own personal taste. The best decision I made was to turn Kippie loose to pick out carpet, paint colors, light fixtures, etc. The finished product far exceeded my expectations.”

“I hired Stacy to help with style ideas for my new home. I asked Stacy to help make the home flow and give us suggestions with paint colors, accessories and furniture pieces. We have mostly mid-century modern furniture and our new home is a traditional ranch style with wainscoting and built-in book shelves. Stacy was great at knowing what we needed to add to blend the two styles and bring them together into a cohesive look. Stacy helped me pick out the accessories I needed to style the book cases, selected the perfect shade of grey for the walls, advised me the correct height the new chandeliers and light fixtures should to be hung, offered the perfect suggestions for all of the window coverings and recommendations for furniture pieces that would work with our new space and still blend with the main pieces we already own. She helped me with the space planning of the living room and even drew it our for me on the computer so I could visualize the layout and floor plan. I would send her pictures and she would be quick to respond and offer feedback. I usually get overwhelmed with home design decisions, but Stacy made it stress-free and FUN.
