“Ktichen renovation. First experience with remodeling. The Hahka team were professional and supportive. Designer Linda Billings was extremely accessible and helpful. Her suggestion to incorporate an island with the character of furniture is the statement piece that adds the "wow" factor to our kitchen. General contractor Randy Hahka very clearly has a personal interest in quality work. He strongly lobbied for the replacement of louvered pantry and laundry doors with doors that more closely matched the new cabinetry-although more costly, this was definitely the right decision from a design perspective. The construction team were skillful, friendly, honest and easy to work with. We did have a few whoopsies, but I understand this is par for the course with renovation projects and at the end, nothing was left unresolved. The team very clearly made great efforts to provide customer satisfaction. Job was not completed on time, mainly due to issues with pantry/laundry doors. Very happy with the results of our project.”

“This is our third time using Castle Construction to make upgrades to our condo; we've had our kitchen remodeled and two bathrooms upgraded using Castle Construction. Jason Tapia is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project and his reliability and honesty make doing business with his company a real pleasure. The subcontractors working for him are friendly, trustworthy individuals, so you don't have to worry about them working in your home. Castle Construction provides high quality work at a reasonable price. Jason takes every effort to clearly explain the process and procedures and vets out all possible options so you can make informed decisions. He's also flexible with schedule changes, and although he can get quite booked, he's well worth the wait. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for an honest, reliable contractor who knows what they're doing and will deliver on his promises.”

“We have used Dave Lane and his employees on two occasions. One was for a bathroom remodel and the other a room addition to our home. We have always found Dave and his staff to be professional, courteous, neat and friendly. Dave was very patient when we made changes and is always open to our changes so that the job is done to our satisfaction. We have never regretted or disliked Dave or the work that has been completed. Believe me I am always hesitant and never sure if I have chosen the right products and colors. With Dave's help and patience I have never ever regretted anything we have done with him.. Dave is not like most contractors. He is on time and calls when he says he will. He is open to dealing with both my husband and myself, I have found other people willing to deal more with a man than a woman. I can't say enough positive thoughts about Dave Lane. He is our contractor of choice.”

“We replaced a counter top, sink and backsplash in our powder room. We completely remodeled our guest bathroom. We reviewed the details and the plans with Isaac and made our material choices. We asked him if he minded if we were away during the teardown and construction and he assured us that would not be an issue. He communicated with us as necessary and gave us updates. One unexpected glitch occured and we were given a clear price with an explanation of the work and the problem was solved. We came home and the house was clean and the work was completed as promised. We were very pleased with project from start to finish. We could not find a fault in any of the workmanship. My wife and I would employ them again and have no trouble recommending their work.”

“Dreamers Kitchen and Bath completely transformed our kitchen. I rarely write reviews on Houzz but this place really deserves a five star one! Our house is about forty years old and the kitchen is that ugly, 70s avocado tint. We took out a wall for more space. Also, after having our house appraised 6 months ago, we had the same woman come back. She appraised it for $100k more! Thank you to Jim and everyone else at Dreamers Kitchen and Bath!”

“We hired ARY Construction to remodel our bathroom and to replace our interior stairway and the railing. We were going for a warm, modern feel since our home is a custom Mid-Century Modern. The bones were there but the previous owners had drifted from modern into Shabby Chic. Avi, the owner of ARY Construction delivered in a big way. He recognized immediately what we were trying to accomplish. He became a collaborator on the project and not just a contractor. He offered suggestions that were within our budget but we're, more importantly, within our vision. He communicated that vision to his workers, who were every bit as committed to the "artistry" of the project as he was. The end result was beyond our expectations. Avi is a warm, friendly person that knows his craft and loves his job and loves his life. You can't ask for more.”
