“We interviewed the top 4 or 5 builders in central PA and a clear winner emerged. As a result of an extensive process, we are currently working with Roland Builder on a custom home. They are incredibly professional and so wonderful to work with from the actual design of our home to the actual build. They have such amazing in house expertise with home design, site location and building a high quality home. Our project manager is on top of every aspect of this project - very detail-oriented and a great communicator. The office staff which includes members of the Roland family are warm and helpful. They are timely and responsive to our needs. This is our first time building a custom home and they are making it such a positive experience. We highly recommend Roland Builder.”

“Working with Bob and his staff to design my new house and guide me through the construction process was a great experience. I provided some rough plans; Bob presented several interesting variations for consideration, pointed out what was practical and what was not, and provided a very accurate estimate of building costs. There was no problem when I needed to put the project on hold. When it was time to put the project out for bid, he suggested that we include a firm he had noticed but had not worked with before; I did end up choosing them to build the house and that, too, worked out very well. His experience was evident throughout the process, from siting the house on the property and being familiar with period architectural styles, to monitoring the work while periodically visiting the construction site. He's easy to work with and I recommend him very highly.”

“I have used Tom Dreistadt as my contractor for ten years and have always been enormously pleased with the quality of his work, professionalism, and prompt service. To list just a few, Tom has installed five replacement windows, repaired and painted my leaking roof (original standing seam metal roof circa 1916), installed a new ceiling in my guest bedroom, checked and cleaned my furnace, installed multiple new light fixtures, painted, and much more. I would highly recommend Tom Dreistadt for whatever you may need built, repaired etc.”
