Tim Ahern was the top choice for my pool builder from the moment he scheduled our meeting. He was extremely responsive to my crazy schedule and after one look at the backyard, he was full of ideas. His artistic talents and his knowledge of other pool builders in the area was not only revealing but spot on. He concluded the meeting with a recommended drawing of what he envisioned and told me that even if I did not choose his company to do the work, I should choose the reputable company amongst my other considerations and not the ones he was not familiar with as he was concerned about the outcome. Tim's authenticity and knowledge of pool building and builders, set him far above any other competitor and I am beyond happy with the pool he and his crew put together for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Tim and his folks to build pools for all my friends and family members. I know the skill sets of him and his crew and have experienced the integrity of their work. In my book, they are an A+ company.

We could not have been happier with the attention to detail and the quality workmanship of this company. Any questions I had during the project were answered and mitigated immediately! Look.....that's Tim standing on our pool and yes he is so amazing that he really can walk on water! Do not waste your time searching out other pool builders......once you pick Ahern Construction, it's a done deal and your project will be finished on schedule.

I contracted with AHERN in August of 2015 to build a pool and spa. Tim Ahern showed up on time, went over our needs/ wants regarding the size, shape, depth, materials etc. and not only gave us a detailed cost quote in writing but completed a sketch! Tim was very knowledgable and had lots of good ideas along the way. We had several other quotes, some took a week, some did not come back at all. We went with AHERN. As a Construction Inspector for a big city myself, I have worked with many Contractors and felt completely comfortable with Tims company. Tim estimated 8-10 weeks until completion. From the signing of the contract until completion took 8 weeks! All crews were very responsible, respectful and as clean as could be expected. Bottom line...we love our new saltwater, mini-pebble tech pool/ Spa with flagstone coping and several boulders strategically placed along with about 800sq. ft. of stamped, colored concrete. Everyone loves it as do we. I have recommended AHERN to others and will continue to do so! Thanks again Tim and everybody!!!

Commented: pool coatHi Carol! It is similar to Pebble Tec but this particular coating is called Pebble Coat. The color of this coating is Tahoe Blue. Let me know if you have anymore questions!
