I Hired American Beauty Pools because of the many Positive Reviews I have heard from others. I must say Max and his Employees lived up to my expectations. I will say whenever I had any questions I needed Max to answer he responded to me the same day and the same goes for his employees at the office. Each and every Employee always showed Professionalism and never made me feel like a bother at all or at anytime during the construction process. My installation of the pool hinged on a closing sale of my home and prior to construction Max understood that timing was important and throughout the whole process and his employees understood that as well and completely delivered on their word to me as a customer. I have had many pools built in my adult years and I would say American Beauty Pools was a Pleasure to work with. Max and His employees are a well oiled machine. We love our new pool and backyard. American Beauty Pools did an awesome job. Max Powers was very helpful in every aspect of our project. If he wasn't available, then he made sure someone was to answer ower questions. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Once the contract was signed and the first check cashed, it became a nightmare. Max exploited the fact that we were two women who did not know much about construction. They did horrible work, the pool surface already has scaling and it is a month old. The fuse had to be completely replaced. The was not installed properly and the pavers required multiple fixes. We also had to pay extra to get the pavers to enclose the perimeter of the pool. He claimed that was extra as was the fill dirt he wanted to charge us $900/load to replace the dirt that they hauled away (apparently they took too much away accidentally). He claimed it would require two loads. He missed appointments with us and showed up late when he did not completely blow them off.

Max and his crew are outstanding! Max is very couteous , caring and professional. He designed our pool to my specifications, I wanted a decorative lap pool with a sunshelf and a swim out, which is what he built for me. It is larger than most pools around here, but it is beautiful. He took the time to take both my husband and I to see other pools, to help us do our design. His subcontrators were also very nice. He visited the worksite almost every day to oversee his employees. We also had an extra freeform pation istalled to match the pavers around the pool. We plan on having him istall a paver driveway for us. And yes, he works very well with women. He is a real craftsman and he expects his employees to be craftsman slao. If we moved I would not hesitate to have him build another pool for us.

We had gotten bids to have a pool, lanai and pool cage installed. We chose American Beauty Pools Inc because of cost and professionalism. The owner Max was very easy to work with, he took us to see a completed project and helped us to decide what were the important features within our budget. We had a small amount of space to work with and he customized the shape of our pool to accommodate our previously built lanai. We also had to decide whether to spend part of our budget on a larger lanai or pool heater, Max put these items in a perspective that made our decision very easy. We love our new space!
