Initial visit and estimate went very well. Mark was likable and seemed honest. After I signed the contract is when things changed. What was agreed to take a few months, ended up taking over a year. We had so many issues where they didn't finish what they started, left tools and parts laying around, huge messes and parts of the project incomplete. After raising this with them I've been ignored and now they are sending a collection agency after ME for the shoddy/incomplete part of the project I brought up with them! He hasn't responded to emails or calls and still has not finished the job. I told him I'll pay him the remaining balance as soon as he does. No answer. Not honest and invents additional expenses without agreement or explanation.
