My wife wanted to get an in ground pool put in our house. I was good for either a gunnite pool (cement) or a vinyl liner and I started to read reviews from customers and they were all horrible. My neighbor put a pool in and they took a year and it still wasn't right. . So we weren't going to do a pool.We were going to continue looking Then my wife called me and she said look at this Company they are called Artistic pools They do fiberglass pools and they have great reviews. Part # 1 When I’m thinking of doing business with someone and it’s going to be a fair amount of money I would like to see the business. I feel you can tell a lot about the company when you see what their place looks like. I walked around the place and was blown away how neat and clean the property was . . I met Mark one of the 2 partners in the business . Mark was more than happy to show me around . One of the things I noticed bc I have ocd that there wasn’t a weed in the whole yard. He was well aware of it . I said why are you here on a Friday Afternoon in the summer ? He said he’s waiting for a tractor trailer to come up from Florida to deliver a pool for a customer and the trucker is running late. He’s going to take it off with the crane himself. And he sent everyone home for the weekend. He’s a Class act. He told me all about San Juan pools . They are the largestDistributors of their pools. And they do NJ,Pa,Del,Md. I researched all the other fiberglass pools. And in my research I found 2 things . One the reviews on San Juan from around the country were great . And if I was going to go forward with a pool it was going to be with Artistic. Part#2. We finally settled on a pool called the Clearwater beach 17’ wide x 37’ long with ( A tanning ledge 8’ x 8’ where the water is only 18” deep which was a must for my wife ) The next person I met on the Artistic Team was Sharene who was in charge of all permits, site surveys and everything else. She told me not to worry . She’s got this and I saw over the next couple of months how tenacious she was with her job . Do NOT mess with her . My township put her thru the paces . But not once did she back down . She had records of every conversation and email with the town . They made the mistake of calling her on a couple of things . They lost Part # 3 Mike the pool whisperer. Mike is the other partner who go’s out on every pool installation. I think they do about 100 pools a year . He wanted to come out to look at my property 1st Okay installation day . They were supposed to be there at 7 am so I went out to get donuts & coffee for I think 8-10 guys . My wife called my yelling a little everybody was there it was 6:40 WTF 20 mins early . In one mikes staring at the yard seeing it in his mind . He might have even tasted the dirt. It was like a symphony and he was the conductor. They had so many crews a/ they only work for Artistic.I can’t type more words call me with any questions. My experience with Artistic Pool Corp was overall satisfactory. While it did take longer than expected for the pool to be completed, the end result was a beautiful and functional addition to my backyard. The team at Artistic Pool Corp was professional and courteous throughout the process, but there were some communication issues and delays that could have been improved upon. However, the final product was well worth the wait, and I am now enjoying my pool immensely. Overall, I would recommend Artistic Pool Corp to anyone looking to add a pool to their home, but would advise them to be patient and expect some delays in the process.

First ill start from the beginning, the sales rep mike was outstanding, mike and his team when they came for install of the pool 5 stars. Then the bad the electrical contractor they have absolutely horrible first time they came left a mess and tools everywhere behind and it failed. Because the hole wasn't dug to code. Second time the electrician came out had to dig the hole to code not even close to code so I went out there and dug the trench to code so it will pass upon digging I found a connection not even close together if I would have never found this I would have had a lot of electrical problems down the rd. Then a couple months down the rd my salt cell went artistic had none in stock due to supply. Artistic told me to contact the manufacturer for replacement they didnt offer a sub salt or anything to help nor did they try calling to help. I had to do all the calling and aggravation after just paying a boat load of money for there service. And on top of it all they wanted to charge me 200 to come out diagnosis the problem again the pool was just installed a few months ago mark the owner has horrible customer service experience. If use this company get your own elec contractor and plumber if you get a heater. Personally go with PARADISE POOLS IN NJ

Outstanding company from top to bottom. They installed our pool so fast, we couldn't believe it! “1-day installation” is advertised all over their trucks and boy do they deliver! Mike and his crew are top-notch! Super efficient, accurate, experienced and customer-focused. Artistic Pools far exceeded our expectations. From design, permits (Thank goodness for Jenea!), installation, pool school with August and closing, we were kept up-to-date every single step of the way. We absolutely love our pool and are VERY pleased with how everything turned out. Artistic Pools was, and still is very responsive to any questions or concerns that we have as first-time pool owners. We have a lifetime warranty on our pool and a lifetime of family memories to make and look forward to now. I have and will continue to recommend Artistic Pools for anyone looking to have a beautiful and well-constructed pool installed by people who care and actually love their job. Highly recommend!

After doing as much research as we could on all of the pool companies in or near south Jersey and the Phila area, we chose Artistic pools based on their stellar reviews, the apparent quality of the San Juan pools that they install, and our visit to their place in Cinnaminson.We have to say that they exceeded all of our expectations in virtually every area.From Craig in sales, to Jenea who coordinates and seamlessly facilitates the permit and paperwork process, to MIke and the install team who were always on time,and incredibly talented, and finally MIke who comes in at the end and reviews and instructs about the pump, cleaning, the heater, balancing the various pool water ingediant levels, etc. We are 100% happy with the entire group and process and strongly encourage anyone to give Artistic very serious consideration.

We relied on Mark to help with picking the design of the pool and spa, the features including automation, and overseeing the whole process. Mike and the installation team were amazingly skilled. They had about 3 inches leeway between houses (see pic) then got the pool level in no time. Another Mike (pool tech) set up the automation and trained us on the pool. He showed patience and superior knowledge on every aspect of using our phone app and caring for our pool. These are the only people to call for a high quality pool and superior customer service. They will make the whole process happen quickly and you will be swimming before you know it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Having researched pool companies in NJ for YEARS prior to selecting Artistic Pools, I am EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with Artistic Pools and am happy to provide a reference for them. From the get-go, Artistic Pools was upfront and fair about the sale and installation of San Juan Pools. They provided all the information I needed to be confident in the build, quality and warranty of San Juan Pools. Artistic Pools’ website, which is handled exceptionally by co-owner Mark, provides detailed pictures, specs, references and transparent pricing information that other companies make you jump through hoops for. Their salesperson, Craig, was always informative and responsive to my questions while never pushing to close the sale or to add any extra, expensive add-ons. Jenea handled the permit application with ease, completely offloading that potential hassle from my plate. And finally, co-owner Mike and his crew were SUPERB with overseeing the project. I was amazed that the pool was installed in just 1 day (and weeks ahead of their estimated schedule), with the cement, electrical and other details finished a week later. Mike and his crew also installed my pavers- this was a much more intensive project than the pool and they handled it fairly and with precision and expertise. With a crew at my house for about 6 weeks, Mike was dedicated to ensuring perfection with the project, always responsive to any concerns I had and very sincere about thanking me for the business. Product is good. Installers are good. Customer service is good. They stand behind their work and product. If you are in the market for fiberglass pools, they are top in the area.
