If you’re looking for the cheapest pool you can build, Betz is not for you. If you are looking for a pool company that builds a quality product that they stand behind, keep reading... Marc Luff was very patient during our initial discussions in identifying costs associated with a pool design. His suggestions for the design were excellent and based on his many years of experience. Marc was not a 'pushy salesman' but rather a knowledgeable builder with a passion for building beautiful pools and landscaping. The Project Manager, Matt Ryan, was also excellent with his communication throughout the construction process. My calls rarely went to voicemail and when they did, Matt returned my calls immediately. It’s impossible to complete a construction project, pool or otherwise, without some unforeseen issue. When these issues popped up during our construction, Betz was always at the table to solve them together and without delay. Any deficiency (eg. cracked pool deck stone) was addressed and repaired immediately, no questions asked. One component of a pool project for anyone considering a pool is to figure out the where the infrastructure will be located before excavation begins (eg. where the pool equipment will be located, the underground path for the pool and electrical lines, the location of the backwash line and the pool fence enclosure) and my only suggestion is that this project component deserved a bit more attention during the design phase.

We have used this pool contractor in the past for a landscape project of ours. They were easy to work with, on time, showed attention to detail, and they made our customer extremely satisfied. We would use them again as part of our network when we are including a custom pool in our design.

Betz pools is a wonderful company with wonderful staff. They are extremely knowledgable and their design team is great! A bit on the expensive side... but you get what you pay for!

We are currently working on a large residential project with Betz Pools at Lawrence and Bayview. Betz has removed/rebuilt the concrete spa, and is also building the cabana and pergola structures on the site. Everyone from Betz has been an absolutely pleasure to work with, and their staff are friendly, timely, and have great communication skills. We look forward to working with them in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We used betz pools when we were building our house to do our entire landscaping , pool,swing set ,In ground trampoline ,driveway stonework etc.. They did an amazing job!! Our front yard looks beautiful and our back yard is an oasis in the city ! Everyone who comes over cant believe what an amazing job they did ! From start to finish Marc luff from betz pools has been there helping with decisions from what stone to use to what colour finishing in the pool to amazing ideas for the trampoline ... Even two years later he is there for any thing that arises .. I can't praise them enough they are a professional , innovated ,creative ,company who is very understanding to the client and very helpful in making the whole project a success as well as maintaining the pool with awesome service I would strongly recommend them !! We hired Betz to oversee our end-to-end backyard project. In our opinion they brought together some of the best contractors in the industry and took accountability for the entire job. They were extremely professional and brought years of experience and insight to our project. They were involved up front in developing our backyard design/plan. We then contracted them to put in the pool, build the waterfall and cabana and do some of the landscaping around the pool. They also oversaw the concrete work that was done by Patterned Concrete. They were sensitive to our overall budget and provided recommendations or ideas that were affordable and within our price range. The quality of their work was extremely good and we enjoyed interacting with almost all of their staff. Overall we are extremely pleased with the end result.
