Nothing but the best experience. We ordered our Hot Tub when it came in they delivered on time with no problems. The guys were great and very helpful. The electrician they sent was the best. Went over and beyond to help us. We had many questions and probably were not understanding how to use it at first but when I called and went there to get more information about how to use some of the features they were very helpful. Couldn’t of asked for better service. Highly recommend Kahuna

Big Kahuna did a great job for us. Chris was easy to work with, along with his guys that put the pool in and electricians(subcontactor). It was a great experience and I will refer them to anyone I know that's looking to get a pool. Btw, we got the Latham Gemini (fiberglass) and love it!!

Cindy at Big Kahuna Pools is a wonderful salesperson there was no pressure she was very knowledgeable She answered every question and took her time with us we had a great sales experience and can not wait until it is delivered there were a lot of nice extras that came with our purchase and we are very happy we stopped in If you're looking for a great salesperson and quality spas see Cindy you won't regret it. I will definitely send photos after it is installed.

Chris and big Kahuna pools were great from start to finish. They gave us the pool of our dreams in a realistic budget. Most people do not stop to consider paying a large sum for a nice truck or SUV that depreciates. A pool not only improves the value of your home but makes your home a more family focused and enjoyable place to be for a staycation or just a pleasant family weekend. Big Kahuna did a phenomenal job on our pool, deck, and retaining wall. I cannot say enough about the quality and customer service they provided throughout the entire process. Happy one year anniversary Big Kahuna Pools . Last Dec. we began our plans and in Jan. we began construction with pool,patio and privacy fence. FIVE STARS folks, we love our little paradise. Merry Christmas and if you would like to share the picture I text you, please do so, we’re very proud.

Last week our pool was finished and we couldn't be happier. We watched as the crews went through their process and were pleased to see their professional expertise in their their work. The quality of the products used are first rate and working with Chris was a pleasure as he pointed out the options and at times noting things we didn't need.(how often to do you hear that from a company), It's great to know after a big job like this, that my pool will last a life time and beautiful to see. ....Honestly, Big Kahuna does not play games, try to talk you into expensive additions. or leave with a long wait. Chris and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with on our pool install at Emerald Isle. My wife and I were building our 'forever home' on the beach which carries with it a number of challenges -- lot size, various permits, etc. Chris and team had to work very closely with our builder as he was required to place the fiberglass pool in the ground before the first pylon was driven for the house due to the lot width. To Chris' credit he understand more clearly than we did that this project was going to be a lengthy one, requiring many visits by him and his team over the course of 15 months. Chris and team were always responsive to our calls and many questions as this was our first pool experience. Everything from design, quote, build, and continued operation as been as professional as I could have ask. The end result is absolutely amazing -- a beautiful, automated, and low maintenance salt water pool -- couldn't ask for a better end result. Even today, after 8 months in service, I call Chris frequently with questions -- he always responds timely and never makes me feel anything but delighted to have him and his team as our 'pool guys'! Would highly recommend Big Kahuna Pools, Spas, and More if you have a project, big or small. You wont be disappointed. Terrible Terrible Where to start!!! Workmanship is terrible. Laminars installed improperly, Liner installed over dirt and stones and can now be felt on your feet. Pipes installed incorrectly. Trash left on site. No supervision, uses subs to do the work.. BUYERS BEWARE
