Truly I don't know how to thank Chase and Blue Diamond Pools enough! We inherited an old pool system and heater and several quotes and companies tell us what was needed. Blue Diamond Pools were the only ones that said, "It doesn't matter what heater you put back here, if you don't upgrade the gas line you will not get the performance you're looking for." And with that one simple sentence I knew they were the ONLY ones who could fix all and anything. Since the system has been installed it's been temperature perfect and crystal clear blue with little chemicals needed! I am so happy, my wife and kids have never enjoyed the pool so much, and we are beyond grateful for Blue Diamond Pools. Thank Chase! Thank you Blue Diamond Pools! Companies are quick to request reviews as soon as the job is complete ... and we as customers will provide them with great reviews because we're just so happy the job is finished. That's our biggest mistake! We should be proving our review 6 months to a year after the job is finished because that's when true colours shine around responsiveness to issues gone wrong after the fact. Customer Service does not end when the job is finished and it has become very apparent to me that with Blue Diamond Pools (Barrie) the Customer Service stops after they get paid. So originally (right after the job was finished) I gave them a four star rating ... what a mistake!! So I am correcting my rating ... this is my revised review - posted today - just about one year after the job was done. Blue Diamond Pools (Barrie) .. these guys talk the talk, but don't stand behind the products nor their workmanship. From the lack of timely responses to issues, to installing the wrong equipment and passing it off to be something else, to leaking pipes within days of being installed, to the insubordination of their workers with lack of respect and "I know more than you know" attitude - their customer service is non-existent. Blue Diamond Pools (Barrie) only responds once you tell them a complaint to the Better Business Bureau is pending. The new equipment was used for two months with continuous issues with lack of pressure inside the pump. It has been less than 1 year since the install and now upon opening I find there is a cracked coupling which is part of - attached to the tank's main operating mechanism - a crack which could only have happened at the time of install - it's all glued in place by them when they installed it and it is what I now believe to be the cause of the lack of pressure - which they inform me they will not repair. Blue Diamond Pools (Barrie) are worthy of a 1-star rating. This one-star rating, I am providing is because they had the good sense to outsource the actual installation of the liner.

For several months, I worked with pool installation companies from Toronto. There were some challenging issues and they were unable to come up with a design to my liking. I contacted Chase at Blue Diamond, and in no time we came up with a great design that solved all of the technical challenges. Chase and Andrew worked well with my stone mason to install a wonderful spa that we are thrilled with. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend them.

We again were in need of some landscape work and reached out to Blue Diamond given that our first experience with them was very good. About 7 years ago they did our pool and backyard landscape. They just completed work on our home up north where we did both front and backyard work with stamped concrete, lighting and plants. Again the results were amazing! We had our pool installed in May-June 2016. We were very happy with the service provided and the continuous updates on the status of the project. Their communication and attention to detail was fantastic. They were completed our 18'x36' mountain lake design in just under 5 weeks which was actually a touch ahead of the anticipated date. We felt very comfortable dealing with Chase and Andrew throughout the project as well as the rest of the staff. Everything seemed to role very smoothly throughout the project, we did have one issue where there was a coping clip that didn't fit the liner, which was a manufacturers issue, and they handled this with the upmost professionalism. We also were able to make small changes as the project got further along, trust me, everyone putting a pool in will make small changes along the way! The pool looks better than we ever could have imagined and we will enjoy for years to come.

This project was planned from the time we put our conditional offer on the house. Many thanks to the whole team of professionals including Adam , Chase, Andrew for the coordination and excellent project management of our pool and stream installation. Beyond our expectations. Great job done!

Having a pool was always a dream of mine and before starting the process I was apprehensive that my expectations would outweigh what was possible. We had heard horror stories about what some of our friends had experienced with other pool companies in the area. Not only did you make the process painless but I LOVE my pool!! In fact, I think I can honestly say I have the best backyard on my block. We had originally gone with a competitor for our pool and backyard and it ended being a huge mistake. Chase, Andrew and the Blue Diamond team came to the rescue and salvaged the project and turned my yard into the modern oasis we had envisioned. It’s buyer beware in the pool business and take it from us, go with Blue Diamond and it will be done right the first time. We had a less than Majestic experience with the previous company, thanks to Blue Diamond for saving the day.
