Bullseye Leak Detection

Technician Michael Roemhild demonstrated his professionalism and expertise as he quickly found the source of water leaking from the bottom of our side-by-side fridge. He was also able to photograph the leak as it happened, and to document the circumstances. Then, he profiled the damage to the wood floor, walls and adjacent cabinet. Coherent and logical! Roemhild also helped us determine the best course for repair based on his extensive prior experience. Five stars! If only all the service calls in our lifetimes went this well.
