Took payment and vanished without completing the job. Still refuses to come back 3 months after the fact to discuss. Has not once returned a communication. Had to redo all his interlock from removal and dumping of limestone screening which he thinks is an appropriate base 1 months into the build and still far from complete. When he chose to show up, it was infrequent and only for a few hours and sometimes only minutes per visit. Short changed us on the products we ordered.
