DRC Pools

I signed a renovation contract with Drc pool.He has not completed the contract for three years. I was fined for the HOA！His service is terrible..Wasted a lot of money！

We reached out to multiple pool contractors for our project in 2012. This was a new home and we needed front and back hardscape along with a pool/spa and BBQ w island/bar in our backyard. From the initial consult Dylan came out and worked with us on a design that met the vision we had in mind for our backyard. He gave his perspective with his experience in what things would work and the ideal locations (ex location of fire pits and water features, pool shape and dimensions etc). Already from this initial meeting I was sold on Dylan over the other contractors we spoke with. I had the confidence in him to deliver what he promised. He rendered a drawing that gave us an idea of what the finished product would look like as well. He handled all the permits and dealings with the community HOA. Once construction started his team was on time, worked hard and were respectful of our space. He supervised all major aspects of the work and made sure even minor details were looked after. He was always helpful in selecting material and would always give us his professional opinion when asked. My wife and I could not be happier with our pool and I can not say enough good things about Dylan and DRC pools. He always seemed like he cared and wanted to make sure we were happy with the investment we made. I would very highly recommend DRC to anyone looking to use his company and if I ever have any other projects in the future I will absolutely be using DRC pools.

We absolutely loved working with DRC Pools. We completely renovated our pool with beautiful tile and gorgeous beadcrete glass bottom as well as stone work around the pool area. Dylan and his team were professional, paid extreme attention to detail, were always on time and always displayed a fantastic work ethic and they were always eager to please. The end result was a beautiful pool & hardscape with all the bells and whistles . I would highly recommend DRC Pools to anyone looking to work with someone with fantastic work ethics, someone you can feel confident and trust in your home and someone who will provide you with beautiful quality work.

After looking at many contractors and reviews for a large pool project and hardscape for our home in Anaheim, we decided to go with Dylan and DRC Pools. The backyard project is currently underway and every step of the way Dylan and his team have been top notch! Great design ideas, 3D renderings, and amazing execution. Dylan and his entire team are extremely experienced and knowledgeable. They are the best at what they do and work with you from design through build. We have already elected to expand our project and have broken ground on another part of the yard with the addition of a full BBQ island, bar, and hardscape to tie it all in. DRC /Dylan and his guys did our 2 pools and both came out excellent. Not one mistake . My pool is beautiful ..the tile, the plaster , the water color I left all up to Dylan and it it's fantastic I am sooo happy! Plus the job was done so quick , very professional and clean up and follow thru went perfect ! Will always recommend anyone to DRC! Thank u ! I would give 10 stars honestly!!!!

We hired DRC Pools to add a new 42 x 13 foot salt water lap pool complete with an 8 foot water fall and 2 smaller water falls, lights around the pool and in the pool as well as highlighting the 3 waterfalls. They also did the concrete patio, artificial grass, landscaping and a back retaining wall and 2 smaller side walls to outline the pool. We interviewed 3 companies for this project and were incredibly happy we chose DRC. From the very start they gave us a comfort level of experience, work ethic, how they'd manage the project. Everything they said they would do, they did. The timing for the project they advised us, was spot on. A few specifics to comment on and why I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend DRC include examples such as, they have their own employees which gives you the client a comfort they will continue to get the job completed as well as they know every aspect of the project. They have a project manager show up on the job daily and review with you the client how things are going, where we are in the time line and what will happen next. Also, DRC spends quality time with you the client to give constructive advise/counsel on what might look better or enhance the vision you have. They would give pro and cons of some of the materials we were considering, such as the stone work, tiles, concrete, pebbles and plaster color, and even the gate, but would always let us make the decisions. We never felt we were being up sold or changing of our ideas to get a sale, or not rushed into decisions. They always worked with us, and the results we have are even better than we possibly imagined! It was a very very good experience and especially having this much work being done in our back yard. Everything was always cleaned up after a days work, and no trash left, and the team always showed up each day and were courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend DRC Pools if you are in the market for any of the above mentioned work. I can't express how happy we are with the results. Thank you DRC for the beautiful pool and relaxing retreat we now have!!!

From start to finish Dylan worked with us to see our vision come to light. The 3D computer renderings help you to see what the job will look like at completion. Cathy and I cannot believe it it is our backyard. If there were any problems he addressed them and made sure the job was done right. We are very happy with our backyard oasis.

Dylan remodeled my entire back yard - extended the pool, created a rock water slide and waterfall on my slope, built a cabana, BBQ, and fire pit, and poured extensive concrete (colored and stamped). Dylan drew the first picture of the design and was here until our first pool party BBQ bash. He is an outstanding contractor whom I would recommend without reservation. His vision for potential wow factor really brought to life a back yard the I honestly could not have imagined. His straightforward and honest business practices made the normal surprises of construction projects easy to navigate. His consistent daily progress got a huge job done in the time he originally told me. His excellent reputation with city inspectors and clear understanding of the codes avoided any nasty conflicts or delays. His desire for the highest quality work relieved me of having to nitpick for perfectionism. Most importantly, we continue to love and enjoy our back yard. It is beautiful and functional. I would use Dylan again in a heartbeat.

Dylan and his crew from DRC did a great job on my back yard remodel. Dylan helped with everything from beginning to end. He really helped us get our initial vision into a great design and layout. I love sitting outside by the fireplace under the cabana they built. They also installed all new concrete, planters, eating area, BBQ island and a fire pit. I am 100% percent satisfied with their work!. They were all very professional and the workmanship is fantastic! I would highly recommend working with DRC pools!

Dylan is amazing! I worked with him from design through completion and it was a great experience! The best part is that it looks exactly like his design concept and he stayed within the budget. I worked with Dylan during our backyard project and he was fantastic! We love how he was very involved throughout the entire project! He always answered all of our calls and emails, and had no problem redesigning our fire pit after we had already approved it. All of his employees were extremely polite and always picked up the yard at the end of the day! We couldn't be happier with our choice of contractor! Thank you again for such a great job.
