We hired this company because we wanted a San Juan pool. They dug the hole and placed the pool July 27, 2022. It’s November 4 and they just barely finished plumbing. They only show up every few weeks and work about 5 hours. My backyard is a muddy mess. They don’t remove the dirt they expect you to do it after they are done backfilling. They don’t communicate with you. I e asked them multiple times for a timeline and they never give me one. They don’t answer their phone and it’s just been a nightmare. What should be an exciting thing has turned into a nightmare. I’m hoping the final product will be exceptional. If you want to take 6 months to 1 year to build your fiberglass pool that should take about 6-8 weeks they are the business for you.
