Fossil Creek Pools

Mark built our pool in 2007. Yes it's a bit overdue but hey it's okay. What I want to say is that we never owned a pool but I wanted a pool that was not your cookie cutter pool you see all over San Antonio. I like that he was wiling to customize my look. Before I found him I talk to other pool companies and they had nothing that impressed me. Oh they did have the standard packages and they tried to sell me on that but did not work. Now Mark knew from the start I wanted the best and was willing to pay for it. I hate flagstone as over time it just falls apart and I don't want that issue so we did the whole area in concrete and then layered with decorative concrete and to this day it's like the first day it was made. I can't say enough except this. Remember it is your pool, not their pool. It is you that will swim in it not them and Mark understood that but the others tried to hard sell and well I just ran them off. The rest is history and I have no regrets.

I am waiting to see the end result of our pool with Fossil Creek Pools. To date, I am not totally satisfied with the service provided. I dintend feel that they necessarily care what we th ink about their work or whether we are happy with it. I don't like paying good money for something and be treated as as if you are doing me a favor. Our pool has had a few issues (leaks, Equipment not working properly, holes needing to be dug to find leak........but not an emergency to anyone at Fossil Creek Pools). I'm just waiting to see how th e ends folds out. Then I will provide my final review.......with pictures.

OUTSTANDING! My husband and I could not be more pleased with our pool, waterfall, dog beach and fast lane. Mark Brandner with Fossil Creek Pools did an amazing job for us. It is beautiful and so fun to have for our family. Even our dog loves the pool. During the summer, we live at our pool. Mark did everything that he said that he would do and more. He is knowledgable, easy to work with, and committed to building a great pool. He gave us the one of our dreams. I highly recommend Fossil Creek Pools.

Mark Brander was delightful to work with on our project. He is a soft-spoken but communicative, honest individual who works hard to establish a meaningful relationship with a client. We are more than pleased with the final product as it enhances our rear yard immensely. Mark helped with the overall design (which included far more than just the pool) and he oversaw all of the construction to assure that it began an integral part of our entire yard, including a close proximity to a recently constructed detached garage building. The result was not just a swimming pool, but the creation of a marvelous place to "live" outdoors. I highly recommend Mark as a "one stop shop" which eliminates the need to control a number of subcontractors. He brought a great deal of design and construction experience to the job and the results clearly demonstrate that. The project cost was somewhat high because (1) the scope was so much more than just a swimming pool and (2) the pool incorporated rather high-end finishes and equipment, including an electric cover. It was well-worth the investment.

My husband and I researched long and hard to find the perfect pool builder for our new home which was being built at the same time. We chose Mark Brandner with Fossil Creek Pools for many reasons. He listened to what we envisioned, and worked with us throughout our design challenges being up so high and wanting an infinity edge. Mark was always quick to respond and went the extra mile whenever we had questions about how something was being done. We absolutely LOVE our finished project and would not change a thing!!!!!! Fossil Creek Pools is without a doubt the best Pool Company. Mark, the owner, and his staff are very professional. From the beginning Mark will explain to you the process. He will work with your budget and will answer any questions or concerns you have. He is truly an artist and can visualize how your pool will look while constructing a blue print and will work with you on any changes you want. During the construction he is there and he is on site. He and his employees will answer any questions you have at any time. The company is reliable and truly strives for perfection. Mark and his staff help in anyway to pick out colors, etc. for your pool and the products and materials they use are number one quality. Your pool will truly be a ONE OF A KIND POOL. After the construction you can feel confident that they are still there for you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOSSIL CREEK POOLS.

Mark Brander with Fossil Creek Pools is the best. Everyone that sees the pool is impressed. The pool is the focal point of our backyard. They sit down with you and custom build the pool to your ideas. Anytime you need servicing Mark and his crew take care of it. He is truly a hands on owner with integrity. They don't forget you once the pool is installed. If anyone is contemplating building a pool I would recommend Fossil Creek pools. If i were to build another pool in the future I definitely would go with Fossil Creek Pools.

They removed an old pool and replaced it with the pool of our dreams. Mark worked with us and our design. He allowed us to order tile for the pool from Italty and waited for it to arrive. Mark was extreamly patient and worked with our other contractors to workout any problems that happened during the process of installing the pool and yard. The pool is awesome just to look at and even better when enjoying it with family and friends

The strengths of Fossil Creek include its conceptual ideas to accomplish the owners' desires. After design, Fossil Creek then did an excellent job with finishes, materials and equipment, including providing excellent subcontractors to accomplish flagstone work, night light effects and an impressive fire wok feature. We also get many favorable comments on the size and natural beauty of the waterfall feature that has water cascading from several directions down into the pool. The hallmark of our pool design is "a lot going on" to see and hear from the patio as water cascades to the pool from the waterfall and spouts. We cannot say enough about the quality and craftsmanship involved in this project. Any minor problems were quickly and completely addressed by Mark Brandner. His motto, "Integrity always leaves its Mark" is very true.

We are so happy with our pool. We loved working with Mark at every level of the project. He designed a pool that we would have never imagined. He sent us to look at other pools he had done and we loved his work. Everyone we spoke with recommend Mark with high regards. We talked with other companies but none compared to Fossil Creek.

Mark Brandner and his staff at Fossil Creek Pools are fun and professional. We enjoyed working with them to create our pool and patio space. They are sometimes difficult to get in touch with but they always return calls and deal with any issues or questions. I appreciate Mark's easy going nature and laid back personality. We have been thrilled with our pool. In fact, I plan to be in touch with Fossil Creek again once cool weather comes to discuss a little maintenance and updating to our pool deck. We are looking forward to working with them again.
