About Us

Fountain pools is a second-generation pool builder that gets more than three-fourths of its business from referrals. Owner Bill “Gator” Green started working for his father, Bill Sr., in 1980, when he was only 10 years old. Over the next 28 years, Gator learned the in's and out's of every aspect of swimming pool design, construction and management. He's also learned what it takes to make his customers happy, as evidenced by his extremely high referral rate. Gator is happy to point out that you won’t see a great big yellow page ad for Fountain Pools. “Those big ads are for pool builders who don’t get enough referrals.”

I would leave a zero if I could. We were quoted 5-7 months for a pool and cage. We are now at 13 months and still not complete. It has been the most frustrating construction project I have ever been a part of. Management is incapable of running a business and repeatedly tells us lies about when our project will be complete. We were forced to pay for our cage in April 2023 and it is now Dec 2023, still waiting for a sign of a cage. It's a waste of time to call or email. There are many other pool companies in the area to choose from. Stay away from this one!

I would not hire this company to build your pool for any price. It has been over a year and my pool is not complete and the company will not even give me a date of completion. Pool was promised to be accessible to my 82 year old mother. Steps are way to tall. Now they want to charge additional money to fix what they screwed up. BEWARE this company is terrible. BEWARE

Thank you Mike for your availability and willingness to not only explain but show me how to care for my pool. I highly recommend this pool company. Fountain installed our pool a little over a year ago, and this week we unfortunately ended up having some issues with the heater. Luckily for us, the equipment is under warranty and Fountain sent a service tech out the next day to come and assess what the problem might be. It was thankfully a quick fix and everything is working order now. We are very grateful to Fountain and Sean, our tech, for helping us fix this issue in a timely manner.
