When I moved into my new home from out of state with this huge yard, I knew I wanted something special to entertain my family here in Texas. I interviewed several pool companies, and they ONLY did the pool, not the landscaping. I interviewed Doug and Donna, his Fraser First Class designer, who stated that they would do all of it, including the extra patio, firepit, outdoor kitchen, and landscaping. I would not need to get several different companies and try to manage all of them, which probably take months to get done. Doug stated that he would do it all. After many deliberations, I decided not to add the pool; Doug still said he would do the rest without trying to convince me to do the pool. He wanted me to be happy with my decision, which tells you a lot about the person, honest, reliable, and caring. When I had questions or concerns during the construction phase, Doug and his team, Chris, and Kevin, were always available to answer questions. I felt confident in all the quality of work that it would stand up in Texas weather. They even came back and asked if anything needed to be done. Doug and his crew got it done for a specific date in a month, and I had a special celebration with the out-of-town family. Now my backyard looks amazing, like a model home’s backyard with plenty of room to entertain. I would definitely use Fraser First Class if I decided to add a pool or any other landscaping project. I would recommend them to anyone who wants one company to do their outdoor project.

Fraser First Class has been professional and easy to work with from beginning to end. If you are looking for an honest guy and a fair market quote, go with them. Doug is very responsive and true to his word. The work product is great too. We had them come in and do a modern patio around our pool.

We've worked with Doug for many years and have always had a great experience. The pool design/construction process was smooth, and the end result is beautiful. The attention to detail and guidance in selecting materials, color schemes and plants made the process easy. We already have them back to update the front yard landscaping.

We bought a fixer upper in Nottingham Country years ago. One of the first projects we tackled was making our backyard a relaxing retreat. With huge oak trees and little sunlight, this was a challenge. Doug came out and listened to our wants & needs and designed the perfect flagstone back porch and deck area. He walked us through every step of the project and was always willing to answer questions whenever they arose. Doug and his crew have since come back to work on additional projects for us like redoing our front porch and pathway and most recently they installed turf in the areas not covered by the porch and deck. We have referred Fraser First Class to many friends and family and all have loved Doug and his work!

FFC constructed a paved patio extension and gas fire-pit with seating. Just as their name implies, they are a first class operation. We used them on a previous home and definitely wanted to use them on our new home. Could not be more pleased.

Doug and his team helped us make a plain area useful and beautiful! We had a shady spot on the side of the house with no grass - only dirt and an old weed bed. The pavers look great now! They also created a half-wall to hide our trash cans from the view of the road. The limestone with intertwined house brick looks top-notch! Doug communicates well and comes to check on the progress regularly!

Fraser First Class just completed resurfacing our pool with the Pebbletec finish. We were very pleased with the turn around time on this project. Doug and Chris were very responsive and easy to communicate with keeping us updated on timing, answering our questions and in general being accessible. They were very knowledgeable about the product and application, and provided the necessary instructions to share with our pool cleaning service to ensure a smooth transition to the start-up process. I would highly recommend Fraser First Class. Can’t wait to enjoy our newly resurfaced pool this summer!
