Frank has been doing this for a long time and he knows what it takes to give you and your house the greatest experience of a resort-like pool. He is a great guy to work with; someone who truly cares about providing a great service to his customers. This is a family business and you are treated like family. Lisa, Frank's daughter, will take care of the entire setup of the pool (heater, filter, Omin PL board, closing, pool cleaning, pool opening, pool cover) or any other accessories or service that a new customer might need. They won't sell you items just to make money. They will provide you with the best advice and provide you with what you actually need and based on your budget. If you want someone who will not walk away once paid, do not think twice and call Frank. You will get your pool installed within days; of course after placing your order. My pool was ordered back in April, 2021. I got my installation appointment for the beginning of August, which could not happen because I was going away for few weeks. Fuggetta worked with me to get the work done by the end of August. September 8, the pool installation project was completed. In the middle of the project, hurricane Ida hit! Inground pool installation is a huge project that has many moving parts. Installing the pool is only part 1 of the project. Frank will not walk away once the pool is installed. He has a team of trusted people in the business and he will make his recommendations for the electrician, the plumber and the mason. I was able to secure the electrician, Peter, and the plumber from Capital Plumbing, and I was very satisfied with the work they did, how professional they were, and how much they cared. It is very hard to decide, once you speak to a lot pool companies in Staten Island, who to go with for your pool. Keep in mind, this is your house and you want the job to be done right, the first time. You do not want to be stuck forever with something that was not installed properly, if you go with the wrong pool company. Give your business to the ones who have been doing this work for decades and built thousands of pools and you will be very satisfied. Fuggetta has allowed me to forget about cleaning my pool. They are consistent with the time they come to clean and maintain the pool making my planning easier. Had estimates from all. Selected Fuggetta and have been completely satisfied. During installation Frank saw a problem explained to me choices, installed pump for ground water, every year Since I m glad when I see that water pumping out. Frank is a call away for any emergency that arises.
