Highly recommend Heritage Pools!! Absolutely love our fiberglass plunge pool! From start to finish, everyone was very knowledgeable! From Papi and his construction team, the concrete team and Mackenzie who was our construction liaison (and she stayed in constant contact with me through the entire process)! This company was easy to work with and I would definitely hire them again!

I selected Heritage Pools LLC when choosing a pool company to build and install an inground pool/spa for a few reasons: 1. Most companies in the area will only install concrete pools. I did not want to go with concrete due to cost both initial and lifetime maintenance. Heritage is very flexible and has options for vinyl, fiberglass (the option we chose), or concrete. 2. We have a narrow space between our house and the neighbor; I had multiple companies tell me no right away because they wanted or needed more space for their equipment. Heritage, again, was flexible and had smaller equipment that is able to manage narrower spaces. 3. Responsiveness was amazing. I had so many companies ghost me, take months to respond to initial design consultations, or refuse to even do a design consultation unless I was willing to contract with said company. Overall we are very pleased with our pool. We had a small hiccup with a situation that Heritage had never encountered before. This took very long to resolve but ultimately was resolved to both our satisfaction and the town inspector's satisfaction. We get so many compliments about our pool and every time we have some other vendor do anything with our house they end up asking us who did our pool because they want one just like ours. The best part of the process was having a dedicated construction liaison. Mackenzie is awesome, she will answer any question no matter how stupid or silly (and trust me I sent her what was probably some very stupid questions), answer it very quickly, and I felt like she always was advocating for me if I needed something done. I am very excited to use the pool this summer and for many years to come!

From design, construction and follow up processes, the Heritage team displays much knowledge and professionalism. I live on a water front property, they helped me choose a product that will withstand the challenges of high water tables that we typically experience in the Charleston area.

From helping us get the old deck and above ground horrid pool (that came with the house) to the finished product all went well. Michael and I worked together to find the best shape for the yard and it turned out amazingly well designed. I had to find other contractors and it would have been impossible to manage from our first home in Napa, CA if it hadn't been for Michael and Mark's help. I interviewed several pool companies and read many reviews and I am so happy that I decided to go with Heritage. I have had several pools and this is, by far, the best one ever. I love the high tech aspect where I can manage the heater and the lights all from my IPhone anywhere in the world. I am also using Heritage twice a week to maintain the pool and their employees are all wonderful. I rarely give 5 stars, but Heritage goes "above and beyond" every single time. Fair prices, A+ professionalism, and customer satisfaction-oriented... you can't find a better pool maintainance group. I didn't buy my pool from them, but wish I'd met them 1st.

when we decided to build an inground pool, we felt overwhelmed with choices and by the sheer number of companies out there. Chlorine, salt, gunite, fiberglass insert, vinyl? We met with Heritage along with another small local builder and finally with a nationwide chain. We decided Fiberglass wasn't for us and that helped narrow the field. Set on not building a cheap looking pool, we vacillated between a vinyl pool with a company we immediately felt were competent and honest or the gunite pool with a company whose rep literally shrugged his shoulders at some of my questions. We went with Heritage and it was the best decision ever! From planning to weekly maintence, Heritage pools has exceeded our expectations. They kept us informed at every turn, did some hand holding and even came out after 7pm on a Friday to show me what I was doing wrong with the spa controls-for the second time! No other company is going to treat you this well, like a friend and not another dollar sign! The crew always kept the worksite clean and would even bring in my trash cans from the street! Who does that?! The office ladies are always friendly and no matter how busy they are, they make you feel like they have nothing else to do but help you. Make sure before you make a costly mistake, to include Heritage in your pool planning.

Heritage Pools installed our pool this past year and the job done was absolutely top notch. We selected Heritage for a number of reasons including customer satisfaction reviews from many consumer websites, to the quality of materials, to the "Earthquake Proof" design. Heritage helped us make intelligent design decisions that gave our backyard pool design a "Wow Appearence", and that's exactly what our guest do when they visit.

As a Contracts Manager, I deal with dozens of contactors and rarely will a contractor get exceptional ratings in all business evaluation categories – Quality of Product/Service, Schedule, Cost, Business Relations and Management. However, after doing business with Heritage Pools, Michael and his team easily deserve exceptional in all categories! Michael specializes in vinyl pools and at first we weren’t convinced to go with vinyl. However, after much research on various pool types and constructions, we decided a Gunite pool was not cost effective due to the high cost of materials, installation and potentially even higher repair costs down the road. So then we took a look at fiberglass pools. We talked with many fiberglass pool installers and after getting some quotes, we started to question if a fiberglass pool was our best choice. Besides the fact that with fiberglass, we were limited on shapes, size and color, the high water table in the Charleston is not favorable to fiberglass and the prices seemed high for a product that looks like an oversized tub. So, back to Heritage Pools met with Michael again who showed us hundreds of pictures of cracked and unlevel fiberglass and Gunite pools, poor equipment installations and shoddy work of other contractors that his company had repaired. Michael worked with us on different designs, shapes, sizes, colors, coping, lighting and equipment to fit both our yard and budget. We felt comfortable going forward and were not disappointed. His team showed up every day and when the weather wasn’t cooperating, they still came and worked as long as possible. The Heritage team kept me up to speed, explained the build process and was great to work with. The pool came out beautifully! The desert coping color highlights the decking and the pool interior and the multicolor LED light is amazing at night. We use an Ionizer to clean the pool and have found it works great and easy to maintain. Heritage Pools have done a commendable job and have given us total satisfaction. We’re really glad that we went back to Heritage and decided to go with Heritage on a vinyl pool. The best part is when our neighbors with Gunite pools come over and see ours, they’re amazed at the quality and when they hear the price, they’re kicking themselves!!
