Chuck worked with us to renovate and remodel an in-ground pool and surrounding area. He gave us options that were economical and effective, and worked well with the subcontractors. He kept us informed every step of the way, and got the job done on time and on budget. This project included new plumbing, lighting, electric cover, new liner, and new concrete deck. I am writing this review after having used the pool for a year, and having them maintain it for the summer - and everything has worked well, and their maintenance was excellent. In general, I have been disappointed by the quality of the local pool professionals - but not with Chuck and Home Oasis. I highly recommend them if you have an in-ground pool to be built, renovated, or maintained.

I recently picked up a Green Mountain Grill from Home Oasis. They had everything a person can want on hand, grills, covers and accessories. Then comes customer service, Home Oasis is second to none. I had an auger issue on a Saturday afternoon and the folks at Home Oasis were willing to stay after scheduled hours in order to resolve my issue. I will definitely be buying from them again. Customer service is not dead!

Chuck and Dora gave us a level of comfort not found in the competition. They answered our questions at a level easy to understand and enabled us to make an educated decision on pool and spas features that met our budget. Home Oasis not only finished on time and on budget, but they communicated well during the project and eased any anxiousness we might have otherwise experienced. We found the quality of their work and their follow-up to be exceptional and their ongoing guidance on water quality to be superb. We would highly recommend Home Oasis for your pool and spas needs.

My spa-of-many-years needed to be replaced. I worked with Chuck and Dora at Home Oasis Pools and Spas and bought a much better unit than I previously owned. As with any major purchase, I hope to deal with honest and trustworthy people. I could not be more pleased or impressed with my experience. The removal of my old unit and installation of the new one was quick and efficient. In fact, Chuck noticed one of the LED lights was slightly dimmer than the others. I might not even have noticed it. But he said they would be back to check on that and repair it if needed. What he said, they did, and everything is now perfect. I wish all my dealings with major purchases felt this good. I purchased a Grill from Home Oasis Pools & Spas. I continue to purchase anything else I need for my Grill from them. They are very knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They offer great products with good prices and awesome staff. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a Pool, Spa or Grill. When we are in the market for a Hot Tub, the first place we'll look is Home Oasis Pools & Spas.

We have had a great experience with Home Oasis. First of all, the owners - Chuck and Dora, are great to work with! They focus on customer service, treating people right, and go the extra mile. This philosophy also is prevalent in the other employees at home oasis - whether they are on site or helping you in the store, they are always polite and extremely helpful. We had an in ground pool installed while we finished our new home. Chuck was helpful in drawing up plans, working with a challenging site, and working with our contractor (and subcontractors). The end result was a great looking pool that our kids are truly enjoying. In addition to installing the pool - Chuck and his crew moved a hot tub from my in-laws house to our house for no charge (once we signed up to do the pool) - which I thought was VERY nice of them to do. The team is helpful with products I need for our pool and our spa. They test our water regularly and keep a history on file. Very impressed with all that they do there.
