Our pool is beautiful thanks to Alex McCall and Oracle Pools. The entire process went seamlessly and the pool was completed in 90 days! We love it and enjoy using it as much as possible

Alex is brilliant, he took my idea for my pool and worked up a beautiful backyard oasis for us... I was please with the speed of the work and the quality. When I texted him, he responded quickly and was there if needed. We were so happy with the pool that we will be using his company for the landscaping as well..

When the time came to design our dream backyard, we were referred to Oracle Swimming Pools by a friend. Alex came over to give us a free consultation, listened to our requests, and quickly delivered a proposal with pricing, sample materials, and even a 3D rendering of our future pool, deck, and landscaping. We didn’t think we could afford something so nice, but Alex told us about some great financing options. As soon as financing was secured, we tweaked the design a little bit and signed the deal right away. Things happened fast after that. Different crews of subcontractors came out each week; they were all super efficient and respectful of our property. In a matter of months, our dirt backyard transformed into our own slice of paradise—with a custom pool that is more like a giant hot tub. We got everything we wanted and more, and we’ve been having the time of our life entertaining our friends and making new memories here. I would recommend Oracle Swimming Pools to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle!

We love our pool. The process with John (owner) and Alex (project manager) was exceptional. They understood our vision for the pool, which included flatwork design, gas fireplace and BBQ island placement. The supply chain issues impacting the world impacted some of the timelines, but that's to be expected -- it's a first world problem. Since completing the pool, John and Alex have been wonderful on the service response times. It's nice to be able to speak with the owner directly and get an immediate text/call back. Thank you, John and Alex. Couldn't be happier with our dream come true.

I would highly advise against using Oracle. John caused us nothing but problems throughout our whole process, with one of the main issues is him lying to us throughout numerous times. We were estimated 10 weeks but the project took almost 20 weeks. Through every step of the build something was done wrong due to poor workmanship. Managing contractors was his job but he didn’t seem to be able to get ahold of them or ensure the work they were doing was correct. John also decided to change a design feature of our plaster without telling us ‘just because’ and it was done horribly ruining the look of our pool. We had issues with the excavators, the gas line risers, getting gates installed etc.. still now we have unresolved issues with rust and the plaster. John has no care for the project and as stated in another review was only timely when wanting to receive his check.
