Greg McDougal is an amazing pool engineer with an impressive engineering degree. I was comfortable with him the first time we met as I explained a vision not so "ordinary". He quickly knew what I was talking about and drew a couple of plans for me on YouTube. His designs were so amazing it took me and my family over a week to decide between the two choices. Watching the process of building a spa/pool "spool" from scratch was an education in itself and although it seemed to take "forever", when our product was finished, we were thrilled! Our friends and family who come to see our new spa/pool are simply amazed and "have never seen anything like it." Greg took care of all the amenities I asked for and helps me anytime I don't understanding a feature. I even asked for a "loud" waterfall and he truly accommodated my request. I love our new spa/pool and highly recommend the knowledge and talent of Greg McDougal!

They were easy to do business with and always responded to any questions or concerns. Even 8 months after the completion of the pool, they still respond to any of my questions or concerns. They offer competitive pricing, great value, and awesome service. Jennifer is whom we dealt with most often and she was Great! If we were to do another pool in the future, I would not have to look around as Pleasant Pools would be my choice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to put in a pool.
