Extremely disappointed with Pool Supplies Canada. In my experience, once the sale was completed, the aftercare support was basically non-existent. I needed help resolving a parts/compatibility issue and felt like I was left to figure it out myself. Pool products are technical, and customers need real support when something does not fit or work as expected. I would not order from them again.

Do not give your business to this company. The customer service is terrible. I ordered a Polaris 9450 sport vacuum. I received a damaged product, I reached out to the company to let them know my product was damaged. Right away customer service said they would send out a replacement for the damaged part. They sent two plastic clips that had nothing to do with my vacuum. I reached out to customer service two more times trying to figure out where my replacement part is and I still didn’t hear anything. I am now returning the product. I walked into pioneer pools the next day bought the same vacuum off the shelf and it works great. You would think when you spend over $2000 at a store customer service would be willing to help with a defective product. So disappointing

Made a substantial order including a winter cover Sept 2023 and 12 water bags. The winter cover is great and as described. Water bags are poor quality and the company makes it very hard to get a refund on sub par merchandise. I have submitted 3 refund requests and completed all the steps they require. I still have not received a refund. My pool has been closed for a month and now the 5 remaining water bags are also not holding water. Terrible customer service and this company does not stand behind their products.

I bought an expensive item that was defective. I sent photos. No refund. No replacement. Nothing. Not impressed. I will never order again.

Terrible customer service now, and shipping errors that they won't honor! I wouldn't recommend them to my utmost worst enemy! Extremely dissatisfied with their order desk personnel and their new customer service methods. They used to be one of the best pool supply companies, however not any longer!

Not at all impressed! We bought a solar pool cover last year. This year, all the tiny bubbles are falling off and end up in the pool and filter. There's a three year warranty however this company will not honor it! They said its because of chemical imbalance! Haha! Our chemicals are always on par!

Cannot praise this company enough for their customer service! I’ve never been disappointed with their products or their quick turnaround time from placing my order to receiving…7days to BC! As for pricing, you’ll be hard pressed to find better. If you’re the proud owner of a swimming pool in Canada, you’ll be happy we have ‘Pools Supplies Canada’…highly recommend

have waited a week and still have not shipped items. If there is no stock then don't sell me the items. Unacceptable
