Warning: Do not hire Pool of Dreams. POD's owner and representatives have been unprofessional, immature, non-responsive and their work is defective and requires repair and/or replacement. Specifically, they destroyed our sprinklers and french drain, and tore down our fence only after they explicitly promised everything would be completely repaired. It has been over 90 days and POD and their owner has no interest is fixing their problems or doing the repairs correctly. 1.After two separate attempts to install and repair the french drain system, the French drain is not draining water, has unacceptable high levels of water in the drain and catch basins (zero water was present beforehand), and there is significant standing water at the fence line that should not be there if the drain was working properly, and is causing our wooden fence to rot. 2. POD's representatives will sneak onto your property, perform work without your knowledge and then leave, never coordinating with you or giving you a chance to observe or approve their work. 3.POD delivered dead sod and has not replaced it. 4. Our fence was re-assembled with shoddy and defective work. Some panels are only connected with sharp, exposed, rusting nails and the fence is crooked (zig-zag). POD's owner and their project manager have ignored multiple phone calls and voicemails, and have made continuous vague promises of work that will be done, but then hang up on you or ignore you when you ask for a specific date or timeframe. I can't speak to the quality of the pool. But if you are looking for responsiveness, accountability, competent repairs and customer service, look somewhere else.
