Crystal provides design services and 3D renderings for your custom pool vision. Jake is committed to providing our clients the highest quality pools for the best available price. On time and in budget, we are with you throughout the entire process. The process begins by capturing our clients’ vision of their dream pool and displaying it through distinctive 3-D software. This allows the client's to see and approve the entire outdoor space before construction begins. You will not get a cookie cutter pool design with Sunfish Pools; we are passionate about creating innovative designs that fit your space in a unique and functional manner. Once Jake begins construction, you can be sure that our on-site supervision is unrivaled and that the most highly skilled professionals are used in each trade. we hired sunfish to install a pool for us. it was a horrible experience. then at the end of the job the grout had stains. they tried to fix One time then said sorry we will not warranty your pool because you live in the country.

We would like to state that client is very aware this is a false claim and that the warranty is not void due to, living in the country, as that would be ridiculous; the warranty is void due to NON-PAYMENT and breach of contract on clients' part.
Below you will find (2) pictures of the pool immediately following completion, as you can see, there are no visible stains. We heavily warned the client of the hardships of keeping a pool clean that is placed in an open field and not having sod or grass placed around it immediately. The client wished to perform those duties themselves and wanted to move forward with filling the pool. Our contract states that during the curing process (usually 7-10 days) the pool must be brushed daily, no swimming is allowed and no pets should be allowed to play in the pool - ALL of the above were violated on the client's part.
Against our better judgement we agreed to drain down the pool and do a complete acid wash and re-fill even though we did not see any stains that warranted such measures. We did in fact record large areas of dirt, debris and trash in the pool. We also replaced the new Polaris 280 Black Max cleaner with a second brand new Polaris cleaner due to complaints that the cleaner was not working to customer satisfaction. We took these measures in order to satisfy our clients and out of our own pocket.
I believe these images speak for themselves. Pools are a fun investment but still require a certain amount of responsibility on the part of the owner for upkeep and care. Large amounts of dirt and debris sitting on pool bottoms for extended periods of time have the ability to cause stains. We would be happy to provide our collection of logs on this project; videos of the condition we found the pool upon return and following these drastic customer service actions, along with statements from an interior finish sub-contractor with over 35 years of experience in the business, statements from our minority employees, subs, and other professionals.
We have been in business over 15 years and have established a very thorough digital process of photo logs, daily notes, vehicle tracking, etc. These all filter into a daily logged computer system to ensure we are providing our clients with the absolute best customer service and are missing no steps; we have no objections to sharing this information with the public; however, we are not able to disclose the full details on this platform so you must reach out to us privately for the complete records! We had a great experience with Sunfish Pools. We had some specific thoughts on creating our pool and decking with added elevation. They designed our pool and decking on a CAD program which was a great visual for us. They offered high quality options for tile, plaster and pool equipment. We love being able to control our pool, spa, fire bowls and water features from our phone. We are very pleased with our backyard oasis and highly recommend Sunfish Pools.

My Husband and I are extremely happy that we choose Sunfish Pools. It’s much more than a pool, it’s a lazy river/pool. The design is amazing, it has a waterfall, a grotto, a bar, a water bridge, a hot tub, a beach area, and a beautiful fire pit. Along with the design the construction was absolutely managed perfectly. Would we use Sunfish Pools again?? Absolutely!! Jake and Crystal are wonderful in every way. They are so professional, reliable, and trustworthy. The quality of their work was impeccable. We are newbies with pools. We weren’t even sure what shape we wanted. Crystal’s design was creative with the horseshoe spa. We loved that we could see it prior to the start. Midway through the digging, we decided to add a few feet on to the shallow end, and they obliged amenably. Our pool is by far the nicest one we’ve seen. I would highly recommend Sunfish Pools to anyone who asks. I actually do frequently!! In a time where there are builders out there that are untrustworthy, it is nice to find people like Jake and Crystal who you can trust to do an excellent job with proficiency.

We have used First Choice Builders for several remodels and repairs over the past years. All have been top quality work and come in under the expected price. We feel Jake and Crystal are truly concerned with their customers and strive to give everyone the best possible outcome the for most reasonable cost. They do not cut corners, but use only the best materials and workmanship. All of our projects have been done on time and Jake has personally overseen each step of the operation. One of our latest projects (with their Sunfish Pools ) was tearing out a 35 year old swimming pool and installing a new one. It is absolutely gorgeous and has features we would not have thought possible. We were given many options and the costs from which to choose. It greatly increased the value of our home, far above the cost of the project. We would be more than happy to discuss their attributes with any prospective customer, as we can find no fault in any of their business operations.
